He eventually succeeded in breaking the glass, at which point the homeowner announced that he was armed but the alleged intruder began making entry into the home anyway.<\/p>\n<p>The homeowner shot the intruder in the head, killing him.<\/p>\n<p>WJAC noted that the intruder\u2019s \u201cbody was found by responding troopers near the back door.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Police detained the homeowner until the preliminary investigation indicated he was acting in self-defense.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>1 \/ 0 \/ 0<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/2nd-amendment\/2026\/03\/11\/homeowner-awakes-to-noises-shoots-alleged-intruder-in-head\/\">Breitbart<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A case of too many, or too few drugs?
