It is not being re-renamed for Braxton Bragg (the original namesake and notoriously terrible CSA general) but instead for Private First Class Roland Bragg of Maine.<\/p>\n<p>PFC Bragg earned the Silver Star for bravery in action against the Germans during WWII. As a member of the 513th Parachute Infantry, of the 17th Airborne Division, during the Battle of the Bulge, Bragg was wounded in action.
