A man accused of improving, er, vandalizing Hunter Biden’s art and attacking a gallery employee has been arrested, police say.<\/p>\n
Rodrick Webber, 47, was detained Friday afternoon at the George Burgess Art Gallery in the SoHo neighborhood after he defaced artwork inside the gallery.<\/p>\n
Webber allegedly spray-painted the word “Daddy” on a wall inside the gallery, damaging a painting worth $14,500, and when a gallery employee approached him, Webber allegedly assaulted him.<\/p>\n

By Craig McCarthy and Joe Marino<\/strong><\/p>\n A conspiracy theorist known for his high-profile shenanigans was busted Friday for vandalizing the Manhattan gallery where Hunter Biden\u2019s art pieces are being sold.<\/p>\n Rod Webber \u2014 who once famously ate an art installation of a real banana \u2014 walked into the Georges Berges Gallery in SoHo around 4 p.m. and sprayed painted \u201cDaddy\u201d backwards on the wall, according to a video posted online by Webber and tweeted out.<\/p>\n Employees can be seen grabbing and holding onto Webber until cops arrived and put him in the back of a patrol car, according to the video.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m detaining you. \u2026 This is a citizen\u2019s arrest,\u201d a worker tells Webber.<\/p>\n The street artist and filmmaker quips, \u201cWhat, you\u2019re arresting me \u2019cause your down with Biden\u2019s war crimes?\u201d He was referring to Hunter\u2019s dad, President Biden.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n And here I thought he was protesting Hunter’s art crimes.<\/p>\n
