Boomer’s Sunday

| March 29, 2020

It’s time once again, Delta Whiskies and Whiskettes, for Boomer’s Sunday, where I cull through his weekly offering of ‘toons, and pick the best. Honorable Mention goes to my pals Woke Infidel, AW1 Scott, our own Skippy, HMCS(FMF) ret, ninja, Poetrooper, Mason, Jeff LPH 3 63-66, thebesig, Keepin’ It Real, and Ex, who also have provided some entertainment. These are mostly from the right, with humor scattered around. I am more than willing to post up differing points of view if they don’t annoy me. Now what could be fairer than that? So here we are, with the ‘toons that may amuse, make you think, or just piss you off.

    Great stuff!

Stay humorous folks! The bastards can’t stand happiness.

  2. A Proud Infidel®™️ says:

    An outstanding selection once again!

  3. Dustoff says:

Shout out to my Squidley Brothers and Sisters, bringing “Mercy” and “Comfort” to NY and LA. Dare I say “Go Navy”?

  4. 5th/77th FA says:

Outstanding! And yes, I must have a problem. I did see a beer…and The Stranger diving into it. And then there’s the one that shows Navy’s grasp of measurement is as screwed up as their rank names…and the way they assemble certain aircraft.

      • RGR 4-78 says:

Quit touching your face, you don’t want the chicom 19 to catch you, well do you? 🙂

        • AW1Ed says:

When I think about you I touch myself, RGR 4-78.

          • The Stranger says:

Please don’t keep posting this video…some newbie might think it’s our official theme song or something. 🤣

            • AW1Ed says:

Doesn’t bother me- I was gently jabbing at RGR 4-78. I’m perfectly comfortable in my masculinity. Have been for over six decades, so there’s small chances I’ll change any time soon.

Humor, dude. We do that here on occasion.

          • RGR 4-78 says:

I am going to nickname you AT&T,you just keep wanting to reach out and touch someone.

    • The Stranger says:

Hey! I wouldn’t dive into it. I’d just use a rope and bucket. Far less chance of drowning that way. However, that only applies if it’s full of Yuengling, Champagne Velvet, or some quality brew. If it’s full of that dreck that a certain low-velocity individual here consumes, I’d just drop a cratering charge in there and call it a day.

      • Roh-Dog says:

That wasn’t a dig on me and the $13.65/18 pack bottles of Miller High Life I gladly consume?
I’m a cheap bastard, I’ll grant that, but my revolutions are medium-high to just medium on a bad day.

        • The Stranger says:

No, it wasn’t you…”low-velocity” was the clue. The individual in question knows who he is.

  5. David says:

If the WaPo and Times started making TP… how would we tell the difference?

  6. Poetrooper says:

The New York Times and the Washington Post HAVE been producing toilet paper for a helluva long time now…

  7. Mason says:

    If a fathom is 6ft, what’s a league?

    • Claw says:

One Metric League equals four kilometers.

    • Claw says:

Or even simpler, one league equals the top four beads on your Ranger Bead web gear hangy-thingy./smile

    • AW1Ed says:

Nautical league is 3.45234 miles. Or a group of ball teams.

    • HMCS(FMF) ret says:

Is that a National League or an American League?

      • The Stranger says:

Neither, it’s the Federal League! By the way did you all know that Wrigley Field wasn’t built for the Cubs? It was built for a short-lived Federal League team known as the Whales; the park was originally named Weeghman Park after the owner of the team. The Cubs didn’t play their first game there until 1916.

  8. Roh-Dog says:

A tail gunner on a Charmin delivery truck would be more of a Warrior than Jason Merrick, the slimy pile of whale spunk that lied about completing BUDS and was never a SEAL.
That’s all I have to say about that.
