Rockledge man charged in shooting death of suspected accomplice during Melbourne home invasion, police say

By: J.D. Gallop
The suspected accomplice of a Rockledge man who was killed by a resident during a drug-related home invasion in Melbourne has been charged with the death, police reports show.

Ryan Robert Winfough, 19, of Rockledge, was charged with second-degree murder and home invasion robbery in connection with the botched March 16 break-in at a home in the 1200 block of North Wickham Road, Melbourne police reported.

Winfough was charged — even though he did not pull the trigger — under a Florida lawthat allows suspects to be arrested for murder if someone dies during the commission of a crime.

The robbery led to 22-year-old Evan Jackman being shot in the head following a volley of gunfire from the resident who was targeted in the home invasion, reports show.

Well well, Delta Whiskies and Whiskettes. Now that WW is back Trifectas are falling like autumn leaves, plus a couple inconvenienced to boot. I’m a big fan of that Florida law, too.

Told y’all it was gonna be a real good week. And it’s just gonna get better. WW back, throw down party yesterday, plenty of new recipes upcoming, a new phony baloney wanna be Navy seal (sic), the seagull remanded to his basement, and now another trifecta of DRTs. Life IS good.

In Honor and Appreciation to AW1Ed for all he does and with a nod to that most beautimous FN SCAR, Brother Tox, I do believe we can scar(e) up some good smoked sausages to go in that gravy. Have another cat head.

So this choir member in Pittsburg, Mr. Nava…I’m guessing it wasn’t celebratory fire!
He was previously charged with murder and shooting with intent to kill, but found not guilty. Was the person who helped out the legal process this time related or just someone who felt the jury did not get all the facts last time?
