Gregg Ramsdell Pleads Guilty to Stolen Valor

| December 7, 2019

We previously posted about Gregg Ramsdell here when he was charged with stolen valor, but in a brand new development Ramsdell has pleaded guilty to the charges.

The Ledger-Enquirer reports that Ramsdell was paid $76,000 for PTSD as a direct result of war events that he now admits he made up.

According to the plea agreement, Ramsdell admitted to lying about a deployment in Afghanistan from October 2008 to March 2009. During that time, Ramsdell said he witnessed violent deaths and atrocities. He also falsely claimed to receive two of the military’s highest honors to obtain a civilian position at Fort Benning.

Then, WRBL.com reports that Ramsdell described men, women and children being executed.

According to the indictment, Ramsdell stated he had seen “men, women and children being executed. Women holding babies while detonating themselves. IED explosions causing severe bodily injuries and death. Retrieving body parts and bagging them. Having blood and body excrements being blown onto my uniform.” He also falsely claimed that these experiences made him “unable to live a normal life.”

The Ledger-Enquirer goes on to say:

Ramsdell faces up to six years in prison and $500,000 in fines collectively for the charges. He’ll also have to pay $76,000 in restitution to the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.

There is no parole in the federal system. Sentencing is scheduled for March 23, 2020, according to court documents.

Who’ S getting first dibs on his little ass, Bubba, Thor, Julio or “Tiny Tyrone”?

He’ll be a real cutie on the cover of “Prison Bride Weekly”… probably be worth a couple cartons of smokes and some ramen.

BTW, Greggie-poo… “there’s no parole in the federal system”.

Toxic Deplorable Racist B Woodman

He’s going to learn a new set of skills: serving cock meat sammiches smothered in man meat mayo and nut butter.

Shouldn’t that be “consuming” instead of “serving”

Berliner

He’ll take on all 4 at once and they will rotate in a clockwise manner in 5 minute increments. First they need to draw straws to see who gets “heads” or “tails” first.

FFS…

No benefits, no DA job, no honor, and now going to the federal pen…

Was it worth it, dumbass???

Bet he gets plenty of practice in the federal pen. Let’s hope he gets serve at least four years in the PITA big house. He should be a virtuoso by the time he get out.

What a wonderful next year’s birthday present for me. His sentencing date is my birthday. Yay me. For those of my most loyal miscreanted Brigands, Vagabonds, and Feather Merchants that are keeping up, I also wear a size 12 pack in a Yuengling.

Embrace the suck…Bitch!

Just an fyi, if you have had a knee replacement it is an automatic 30% per replaced knee regardless of degree of impairment. Not that VA will TELL you that, but if you apply to be reevaluated, it is a gimme.

Former AD wife, spouse now retired, I worked as a cashier to a local business that extended military discounts to those that had ID. I personally have seen some 20 yr old kid fumbling for his debt card and spotted a CAC card, that he never produced for discount. (Trust me the discount was given😉). However I have also witnessed a 30 yr old bring in 20 people and whip out a RED ID card that and then get upset because he only got $20 off a $200 bill instead of more. Then complain because company policy was “only 10%”. My spouse had to explain red to me as I had never seen one before 🤦🏻‍♀️.

The point I am making with the above statement is that certain individuals feel as if the world owes them something and some are not above lying to get what they deem they are “owed”.

Thank You for sharing!

From my own personal experience and observations:

It seems as if the ones who embellish their Service are either hiding something (poor or medicore performance, kicked out for Article 15s, etc) make the LOUDEST “Look At Me!” noise, while those who were awarded Valor Awards or had a successful Military career stay silent.
