Keeping the Tradition Alive

| November 16, 2019

Going back to World War I and beyond that, our aboriginal Native Americans are still warriors defending their homeland, in the US military.

They view it as a duty to protect their home country. Native Americans from various tribes serving in the military continue to serve as a higher percentage than other ethnic groups and are proud to be part of and continue their warrior tradition.

I can only say BZ to all of them for keeping that tradition going.

I would appreciate it a lot if more young people from other ethnic groups felt the same way.

We are all Americans, or we should be. The best way to pay Honors to American Service Members is to be an American worth fighting and/or dying for.

BZ to all who took the Oath…and did the duty.

I married an Indian (feather, not dot), mean as hell. No doubt a serious warrior. It is definitely in the blood

My dearly beloved is one-quarter Blackfeet. Don’t wanna mess with her. That part of the family went to Canada rather than a reservation. She’s proud of the fact that when they came back to this country they made it on their own. Says she’s proud to not be one of them numbered effin’ BIA Indians. Oh yeah, she’s also VERY proud to call herself Indian, not NA.
