This May, DPAA announced that it had accounted for FM1c Rudolph Blitz and MM2c Leo Blitz, US Navy. The brothers were lost at Pearl Harbor, HI, on 7 December 1941.

FM1c Blitz and MM2c Blitz will be buried later this week – on Thursday, 8 August 2019 – in Lincoln, Nebraska. Regrettably, DPAA does not seem to have posted the specific location for their funeral service or interment.
