Man shot following fistfight outside of Delco mini-mart

By Katherine Scott
SHARON HILL, Pa. (WPVI) — A man in his early twenties was shot outside a Darby Township mini-mart Sunday night.

It happened around 11 p.m. outside of Princess Market on the 1100 block of Hook Road in Sharon Hill.

Police said the gunman called 911 himself to report the shooting.

Regular customer Ryheem Cole of Sharon Hill wasn’t surprised.

“They always shooting around here. They always shooting around. They need to stop,” Cole said.

Police say a physical altercation between two men in their early twenties escalated to the shooting in the parking lot outside the market.

Darby Township Police Chief Mike Sousa explained, “One of the males brandished the firearm during the altercation and fired one round, striking the victim.”

According to police, both men were licensed to carry, and both men had firearms in their possession.

Suspect fires gun at home, man inside shoots back
The man was transported to a local hospital but not with a gunshot wound

Author: Madeleine Dart
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — On Sunday morning around 10:30 A.M., a Corpus Christi man heard knocking on his door. When he answered, there was another man at the door.

Police said the suspect wanted to talk to someone in the home in the 3200 block of Virginia Street but that person was not available. The man then showed his gun as someone inside the home so he retreated inside.

Then, the suspect shot at a window which shattered the glass. The man inside of the home reportedly shot back but was injured by the loose glass. He fired at least one time, according to CCPD.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries. The suspect, however, is still on the run.

Luckily, the home has surveillance cameras and CCPD said they will continue to investigate this incident.

Either the bad guys are betting better at running, or the victims are worse at shooting, Delta Whiskies and Whiskettes. Today we seem to have zero morts, one hospitalized for high velocity lead injection, and two in the wind.

“Foolish liberals who are trying to read the Second Amendment out of the Constitution by claiming it’s not an individual right or that it’s too much of a public safety hazard, don’t see the danger in the big picture. They’re courting disaster by encouraging others to use the same means to eliminate portions of the Constitution they don’t like.”

What – no GUNZ pictures? I’m so disappointed. 🙁

(No, I’m never satisfied.)

Gangbanger and driveby shootings are still going on in Chicago. The Chicago polizei cab company may be seizing “illegal” guns as evidence, but they end up right back on the street. And it isn’t the guns that are illegal: that belongs to the people who are in the gangs and find a way to steal them. That’s easier to do than make so-called straw purchases.

Now, that’s more like it!! That’s what I expected.

I can get on with the day now, with peace of mind included. 🙂 Thank you for your support.

He is toying with us again Ex’. Knowing I really, really, really want one of them thar kinda gatlin’ gunz to mount on my F 150. Huba, Huba, Huba

Is it me or is every city of any size turning into a Chiraq, Memphistan, or Fayettenam? The “legacy” is not slavery, it’s them steadily robbing or killing off one another. Had an Uncle-in-law that was LEO in Charlotte (he’s passed away). Even 35 years ago there were sections of Charlotte that the popo would not go into without massive back up. Just gotten worse.

I was thinking that mounting on the rooftop in the crow’s nest/widow’s walk (which has a balcony, of course) would be the right place for it. Put a flagpole up there, too, and fire of a salute on holidays, before your play Taps on the speaker.

I actually have a balcony/uncovered widows walk with doorway leading from the attic area of Firebase Magnolia. I call it the Buzzards Roost. Excellent mounting spot for the cohon trench mortar. This is an 1830s vintage farmhouse that was made a Victorian design in the 1870s with the addition of the bay windows (FIRST and 2nd level), wrap around (3/4) porch (FIRST level), and the copula/gazebo. Makes a good sniper spot too. If I could just find me a Navysnipergreensealreconforceranger to deploy there.

Mounting the GAU 8 on the F 150 was primarily when I have to drive to the ATL or Tampa. Help clear me a path down the big road.

Huh?

“The man then showed his gun as someone inside the home so he retreated inside.”

Well, Ok.
