Steven Wayne Scott; phony deployments affected his driving
Someone sent us a link to the Australian press’ story about this fellow, Steven Wayne Scott, who was facing a number of driving offenses in the courts Down Under, so his lawyer defended his crimes with his war stories. Our friends at Australian and New Zealand Military Imposters (ANZMI) say that he never left the continent during his military service. From the article;
Steven Wayne Scott’s deployments to war-torn nations were used in his defence when he fronted Darwin Magistrates Court in April last year and pleaded guilty to a range of driving offences.
Defence lawyer Peter Maley told the court the 23-year-old had served “four and a half years in the Australian Defence Force … he served overseas in Afghanistan and East Timor”.
“He’s done two tours of duty and has served with distinction. He was injured during the course of conflict,” Mr Maley said.
From ANZMI;
From information we have about Steven Wayne Scott’s army service we can confidently say, that apart from possibly some border protection operations, he has never left Australian shores, let alone seen active duty in Afghanistan or East Timor. As our original informant remarked, Scott was a liar when he served in the Australian Army and apparently still is. This may have been one of the reasons Scott and the military parted company with his file apparently marked ‘Retention not in the Service’s interests’.
Of course, Scott doesn’t know where the war stories came from, blaming his lawyer, his lawyer doesn’t think that’s funny;
Mr Maley said he had no independent recollection of Scott’s case, but said in his 24 years as a defence lawyer he had never said anything unless instructed by his client.
“As a legal practitioner my job is to articulate my client’s instructions,” he said.

Wow… another “stellar performer”! Sounds like assclown needs to spend a little time in an Aussie poundhimintheass prison….
Flush… Another down the drain
That flush would be rotating counter-clockwise.
‘Retention not in the Service’s interests’. Translation: you’re a shitbag. Hit the fucking bricks, turd.
Just another goonah right down the old thunderbox, eh mate?
“As a legal practitioner my job is to articulate my client’s instructions”…….in the real world that would be interpreted as “Manipulate and lie my ass off to Judge and jury, and say ANYTHING that will justify my charging him $250 an hour. That would include character assassination of ANYONE who tells the truth. You see, my job is to see the poor schmuck paying me ends up looking like Christ himself for the good of my client.”
Wow, apparently Australia has the same, if not more White Trash people that we’ve got in America.
Hahaha definitely more methinks bud 🙂
Good to see our veterans down under are tired of these posers as well. I guess being a scumbag is just in the DNA of some people.
So, is he saying that making stuff up and blaming your shortcomings on things you never did is how he does things? Doesn’t seem to have worked particularly well for him, and seems a lot more difficult/complicated than just doing the best you can with what you’ve got and acting honorably.
He would have gotten off if had hired the law firm of Bernath & Wittgefeld.
Right after returning to CONUS and assinged to NAS Dallas the Sgt Major voltold me to carry the Marine Flag in Dress Blues at a Arlington Texas 4th of July ceremony. Luckly it was at night. They told us all 5 branches of flag carriers they were going to shoot off some sky rockets while we were in position. There I was thinking of WIAs and KIAs, members of my squadron that would never any ceremony ever. When the 1st mortar wet off, thankly I did not drive to the ground. My Family said that they could see the flag shaking for about a minute. Joe
Also the Ozzies have tougher penalties for POSers than we have here. Send this POS croc hunting with a knife and he cannot return without 5 crocs not under 8ft. Joe
