Sunday morning feel good story
In Kentucky, you don’t come in unless you’re invited;
The victim told police he had gotten into an argument with DeJuan White, who had left his home. White later returned and kicked in the door.
That’s when police say the homeowner shot him. White was taken to UK Hospital where he was treated and released for non-life threatening injuries.
White is charged with Burglary 1st, and is lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center.

I’m not sure how to get anything to you and you may have published this already, but it made me feel good to see someone win over a HOA.

Sometimes HOAs are a very good thing – here in Houston there is almost no zoning, and only HOAs prevent issues like someone wanting to set up a school teaching how to build drag-race engines in his back shed – and running said engines till 10 o’clock at night. (Actually happened here a few years back – law said they could do nothing.) There are some bad ones, but in general, HOAs tend to not be much more intrusive than the local laws, for the same reason – if they are that bad, people change them to make them tolerable.
