Alan Henning beheaded by ISIS; Peter Kassig next up
So the word from Associated Press is that Alan Henning was beheaded on video by those fun-loving folks at ISIS/ISIL/Islamic State yesterday. Alan was a cab driver who joined an aid convoy. He was captured shortly after he crossed the Turkish border into Syria;
“Obama, you have started your aerial bombardment of Shams (Syria), which keeps on striking our people, so it is only right that we continue to strike the neck of your people,” the masked militant in the video said.

The Washington Post speculates that their next victim will be Peter Kassig, a former Army soldier who served in the 75th Ranger Regiment and went to Iraq with them for a few months before he was injured and discharged after about a year and a half in the Army;
Kassig said in an interview published by Time magazine last year that he traveled to the Middle East in 2012 after leaving the Army and while on spring break from Butler University in Indiana. He wanted to learn about the humanitarian crisis in Syria firsthand and see what he could do to raise awareness about it.
In a web page raising funds for his cause, the former soldier said he felt that more could be done to help the Syrians, and thought the most effective way was “through a close connection to those who were in desperate need, by meeting them where they were.”
Peter will be the fifth to be executed by those creatures over there. I wasn’t even aware that there were this many hostages being held over there. Where have I been, or is it the media who doesn’t make a big deal about it until they get their heads chopped off on video?

A couple of reporters got the knife in or around Afghanistan years ago-didn’t matter. As far as the left and the media (but I repeat myself) are concerned it doesn’t change the narrative. Because the narrative says that muslims are the designated victim group whose actions can always be justified or explained.
The narrative must be constantly put forward (and why not, eventually the narrative elevated “the one” to the highest office in the land). So if a few scribes get caught up in the slaughter-well, you know, eggs, omelettes, etc.

They do not care whoe gets killed, as long as it isn’t one of them who is doing the actual reporting. They just don’t give a shit.
I have heard hostage figures of westerners in the range of 10 – 20 so this will probably continue.
When I served during the surge Al Qaeda was doing beheadings and it mostly backfired on them as even their supporters in country turned against that ineffective and barbaric tactic. I wonder if this current reign of beheadings will produce the same result.
I find it so gutless that ISIL or whatever they call themselves. Would behead a cab driver from the UK that decided to volunteer to help the people of Syria. Here is a civilian that felt the need to travel to the hell hole of the middle east to do what he could to help the civilians caught in the crossfire.
As an american veteran living in the UK, I believe that this man should be awarded the highest civilian medal available.
He is and will now be a hero.

Animals. But I state the obvious. The f**king media will not report this and get upset because it would put Obama, their High Priest of liberalism and Muslim apologist, in a bad light. Maybe if one of these animals shows up at the New York Times and takes hostages and beheads one or two, it might make it to page six in the Local News and Events section. But it would be labeled as always, “workplace violence”, even if the terrorist never worked there.
So, now that we know there is a bonafide US former Soldier being held and threatened, I hope there is a SOCOM team being prepped somewhere for his extraction. Not that it really matters, but does anyone know if he was an actual Ranger or a support troop ? Either way, he’s a brother who needs help.
I am in full support of multiple Tier I teams conducting multiple OPS to free any person being held by these savages.

According to that story, the family kept his abduction silent per a request from the kidnappers.
Also of note, Peter is reported there to have converted to Islam in captivity. I guess it’s not convert or die – it’s convert AND die…
I have also read a few places recently that the murderers tell the family to keep quiet. I guess the families do in the hope that – somehow – their loved one will be released safely.

One day there will not be a video accompanying the reported beheading of an infidel captive. And on that day we will know that at least one man said “Fuck you” to his murderer and spat on him immediately before he was murdered.” (“Let’s roll.”)
Fabrizio Quattrocchi more or less did that-“I will show you how an Italian dies!” he said (in Italian) before he was shot. But the goons won’t let that happen again-those who they select for their little theater will stick to the script or they will get a session with the blowtorch-and eventually they will behave for the camera. We just have to bear in mind that the whole sadistic scene is coerced and that it’s vile propaganda engineered by loathsome vermin.
Thanks. I read about him as a result of your mention. His captors had four captives dig their own graves and selected Fabrizio, a former soldier, as their fits sacrifice to Allah. He tried to pull off his hood and essentially told them to screw themselves, whereupon he was shot in the back of the head or neck. Al Jazeera (that wonderfully apolitical, balanced Muslim network) had the video but declined to show any of it, saying that it was too gruesome. (It was nice of Al Gore to sell to Al Jazeera, wasn’t it?)
If this is anything like the first two beheadings, there’s a good chance Kassig’s already dead, possibly killed right after Henning. We need to smite these motherfuckers, and quick. They’re not going to stop any time soon.

This one hits home…I go to Butler University and live in Indianapolis. I also know the risks of traveling to a middle-eastern country without a private army with you. Something broke in me when I saw this. I think my last fuck flew off with this news
Kassig is a recent convert to islam and I suppose he might have thought that would give him some cover. Nothing gives you cover from these animals. They don’t care if you’re a recent convert to islam, they will kill you anyway.
