Scotty’s FOIA Machine strikes again, this time with Cody Stermer, seen in his authorized uniform above. Cody claims to be a Warrant Officer in the Army, and he’s a helicopter pilot, in his mind.
To prove it, he wears some video game dog tags. Totally legit. However, the National Personnel Records Center says “Who?” And AKO agrees with them.
Scotty has been cranking out these phonies at neck-breaking speed, but I think that it’s because the log jam at NPRC after the government shutdown has been broken.

Well this thing is if he has talked to you or posted pictures of you and your son after the restraining order has been served the restraining order. If you breached your restraining order by looking at his facebook that’s a breach that you caused and that can make the restraining order quashed. The only way he has to breach the restraining order is by talking to you or having someone to talk to you for him.

How she managed to get criminal charges faked up to support the accusations against his character, I will never know. But according to innocent little angel and esteemed high school honors graduate Cody, Erica is his malicious ex girlfriend (and apparently comic book supervillain) who has maligned his character through a series of posts that are designed to make him look like a war hero on various websites. She had apparently been doing that behind his back for years, setting up an elaborate trap with which to assassinate his sterling reputation.
Scotty was merely the spring to power the jaws of her trap, if you will. She’s like a genuine, real life version of Keyser Soze. I doubt Scotty even knew that he was being manipulated in this manner, such is the awesome persuasive power of the legendary ” not the ex”.

Will be interesting to see what happenes at Stermer’s court appearance for probation violation. He implied that his “felony 6” conviction would be downgraded to a misdemeanor when he finished paying restitution.
Given that it’ll take a gazillion years to pay it (I presume that his employment history and pay have consistently been on the level of cutting taters into fries at McDonalds), I’m betting that he’ll be eating those bologna sandwiches and wearing “strips” very soon after the judge finishes with him.

I knew Cody from work, I’m a manager at GameStop, he spends ALOTof time there… But after the two years I had “known” him, I found out everything he ever told me was a lie. I let it all go because I figured he just had personal issues, I never trusted him again but I felt bad for him. Then Larry Hyrb the Xbox rep. posted a pic of them together at an event telling the world that Cody was his Blackhawk pilot from 2009 and going through Cody’s Twitter and Facebook, we (marowut, shandamarie, and darkshade) found that he had been feeding Larry Hyrb all this bs and Larry fell for it like a fool. Took us all day on veterans day to convince Larry that he was a liar and to get him to take it down after a lot of people had already been congratulating him and thanking him for his service. It was sickening. Then after Cody found out we outed him he started harrassing us at work, threatening to “ruin us” on the internet and publically shaming me online about a kitchen fire accident i had 6 months ago. Ill try to get the convo screen shotted if anyone wants to read through the crazy, half of it is him talking to multiple fake profiles, no doubt by his own creation. But, yea, he’s a right loon ans I’m glad that Scotty posted his BoS because he thought he was going to get away with it. I’m glad someone finally stopped him. What we fail to get is how others can cover for these turds and then be offended when we show them the error of their ways. You seem to “get it”, and we like that.
Hey, you don’t have to be a military type to enjoy this blog. Why not bookmark it, and drop by from time to time, offering your take on this or that topic. We really do want more non-mil types to show us how they see things. We get tired of “preaching to the choir”, so to speak.
Oh, I already have. Its crazy seeing all the people that have done what Cody commando did. I didn’t know it was so wide spread, pretty sad. Just wait til the disposition hearing. He has violated probation several times, they’ve issued several probation violation warrants, and he’s been extended on probation. Today’s hearing was a “Probation Revocation Arraignment Hearing.”
Here’s what Arizona law has to say about revoking probation:

The first step was today – a revocation arraignment. The law says, “If no admission is made or if an admission is not accepted, the court will set a violation hearing, unless both parties agree that a violation hearing may proceed forthwith.”
So the next step is supposed to be a “Violation Hearing.” But they are SKIPPPING that step and going straight to the last step, a “Disposition Hearing.” According to the law, “A disposition hearing shall be held no less than 7 nor more than 20 days after a determination that a probationer has violated a condition or regulation of probation.”
So it’s already been determined today that he’s violated probation AGAIN (probably by his admission, since they’re skipping the violation hearing). At the disposition hearing, the court can extend, modify, or revoke probation.
So NO, you dipshit, you DIDN’T get “reinstated on probation.” That’s to be determined at the disposition hearing.
Based on his track record (going back to the fact that this all goes back to May 2009 and that he’s violated probation numerous times, how much ya wanna bet that he’s not gonna be “free as a bird” when the judge is done with him?
