Fake Warriors

| August 17, 2012

Mary tells us that “Fake Warriors” the book which she collaborated on, is now on sale. If you have 13 minutes, here’s a video about the book (you might want to jump to the 7:00 mark to get to the part about the book)

Fake Warriors lays bare a national scandal: the shocking story of countless men of the Vietnam War era who falsify their military service. Their motives vary – from seeking unearned glory at the expense of authentic heroes, to more tangible benefits like defrauding the V.A. and stealing money from impressionable women. This book will enable every patriotic American who appreciates the contributions of those who serve their country honorably to identify and expose fake warriors in their midst – as well as to help bring about their long overdue punishment.

The book is available at Amazon.

Should have titled it “And There I Wasn’t”

Kinda ironic that many/most real ‘Nam guys spent decades trying to stay under the radar.

Ordered the book yesterday. Looking forward to reading it. Keep up the great work TAH, POW Network, and so many other real patriots.

Read the comments by “California Reader” at http://www.amazon.com/review/R397YAUE66IS5X/ref=cm_cr_pr_cmt?ie=UTF8&ASIN=1401096751&linkCode=&nodeID=&tag=#wasThisHelpful

Note that the book came out in 2003, and the comments above are mostly 2007/08-vintage.

Some may recognize your fav fraud! Those reading TAH know how big a problem fakes are – most others do not.

The book is NEW, a 2nd edition, updated with comments on the Supreme’s ruling, a new suggested Stolen Valor Act and updated cases. It became available today.
