Democrat politician berates police officer during traffic stop: ‘Pulling over your boss’

A longtime New Jersey elected official was caught on body camera footage berating a police officer and spewing profanities during a routine traffic stop.

Democratic Paulsboro, New Jersey Councilman Theodore D. Holloway II was stopped for allegedly running a stop sign shortly after 10 a.m. on Jan. 4 at Penn Line Road and West Adams Street. The routine traffic stop deteriorated into a profanity-laden debate.

In body camera footage obtained by Fox News Digital, Holloway was captured seething as the local officer approaches his vehicle.

“You can’t be serious. What exactly are you getting behind me for?” Holloway asked.

The officer told him he ran a stop sign, prompting the councilmember to launch into a vulgar defense of his actions. When asked for his license, Holloway provided it to the officer.

“Don’t think I ain’t going to talk to Gary about this,” Holloway said, referring to Paulsboro Police Chief Gary Kille. “I’m the one that hired you!”

The councilmember proceeded to call Kille from his car.

“You actually pulled over an elected official,” Holloway added before calling the chief. “You’re not pulling over a random. You’re pulling over your boss. I am literally your boss!”

When the officer went back to his patrol vehicle to run Holloway’s license, he called reinforcements, telling his colleague that the elected official was “freaking out.”

When the supervising officer arrived at the scene to assist, Holloway said, “You know who I am, right?”

Paulsboro Mayor John Giovannitti told Fox News Digital that the 12-year councilmember’s words were “not accurate nor professional.”

“We don’t get special treatment,” he said. “We are not individual bosses for departments, and we don’t get special treatment.”

Giovannitti also praised the officer involved in the traffic stop, saying that he handled it with the “utmost professionalism.” He noted that the borough’s governing body was briefed on the incident and discussions were held with Holloway about his behavior.

Holloway was eventually issued a citation for an expired vehicle registration, but not for any stop sign violation.

Fox News Digital has reached out to Holloway for comment.

‘CAN’T FACE IT’ Democrat politician Laurie Pohutsky STERILISES herself because of Trump presidency & launches into shock attack

DEMOCRAT lawmaker Laurie Pohutsky said she has sterilised herself to avoid a pregnancy during Donald Trump’s term in office.

The 36-year-old Michigan state representative made the shocking announcement during a protest against Trump’s second administration outside the Michigan State Capitol.

Pohutsky, said she underwent the procedure because she believed the US President would ban abortions.

She said during the Wednesday protest: “Just under two weeks ago, I underwent surgery to ensure that I would never have to navigate a pregnancy in Donald Trump’s America.

“I refuse to let my body be treated as currency by an administration that only sees value in my ability to procreate.”

She added: “If you know people who are questioning how serious this is, I’m going to repeat myself.

“A sitting government official opted for voluntary sterilisation because she was uncertain she would be able to access contraception in the future.”

After facing backlash following her comments, Pohutsky took it to social media to respond.

She wrote on X: “Oh my… it would seem that many men with profile photos of other people have read the news and are not very happy with me today.

“So anyway, who else is excited for the new Lady Gaga album?

“The fact that so many conservative men take personal offense to a decision that I made with my husband about my health care and future just proves the point that we shouldn’t assume that right is secure.”

Trump has a complex relationship to the abortion issue.

Last month he reinstated the Mexico City policy halting US aid to groups providing or promoting abortion services overseas.

Abortion in the US has been a highly sensitive issue ever since the Supreme Court overturned the landmark ruling Roe V Wade in 2022.

The decision meant the issues of abortion would be up to state legislators.

Trump applauded the court’s decision at the time saying the ruling “will work out for everybody.”

He said in 2022: “This is following the Constitution, and giving rights back when they should have been given long ago.

“I think, in the end, this is something that will work out for everybody.

“This brings everything back to the states where it has always belonged.”

It comes after Trump signed an executive order banning transgender women from female events and declared the “war is over”.

Trump’s order allows US government agencies to deny money to schools that allow transgender athletes to compete on women’s teams.

Court docs: IMPD Sgt. caught at Target switching tags, hiding items in storage bins

An Indianapolis police sergeant called in a favor after a security guard at Target caught her shoplifting, court documents reveal.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Sgt. Sara Lamkin now faces one count of theft as a Class A misdemeanor.

According to court documents, a loss prevention employee at the Target located at 4850 E. Southport Road spotted a customer concealing items in a plastic tote storage container on Feb. 1. The customer, later identified as Lamkin, was also spotted “ticket switching” — peeling off price stickers from cheaper items and placing them on items she wished to purchase.

Loss prevention continued monitoring Lamkin as she went to a self-checkout aisle. Here, she not only is accused of failing to scan the items hidden inside the plastic tote but also of “skip scanning” several other items in her cart — meaning not attempting to scan or pay for the items.

In total, Lamkin is accused of “skip scanning” over 10 items. Two of the items she purchased had the incorrect price tag due to “ticket switching.” Most of the items Lamkin is accused of shoplifting were cosmetic items. The “incident proven total” equaled $185.

Lamkin was confronted by Target security as she was exiting the store, court documents detail.

She did not identify herself as a sergeant with IMPD but did tell the loss prevention worker that she “worked with police” and could lose her job if the theft was reported. She asked that police not be informed and said she would pay for all the stolen items.

But the loss prevention employee didn’t agree, saying a report needed to be made due to the total loss amount.

Court documents reveal that Lamkin attempted to call in a favor, texting a police officer who was on duty and asking him to respond to the theft run at Target. The officer complied and helped write up a trespass order that Lamkin signed.

But the security guard told investigators the responding IMPD officer improperly filled out an information card about the theft report, including failing to include the responding officer’s name. The security guard also spotted the responding officer and Lamkin talking in the parking lot after exiting Target.

The loss prevention officer ended up having to call dispatch to discover the responding IMPD officer’s name. The security officer also found out the police report number provided to them on the mostly empty information card was also incorrect and didn’t match the report later filed about the theft.

Investigators later assigned to the case reviewed the texts Lamkin sent to the IMPD officer asking him to respond to the theft run.

“I left things in my cart I forgot about when I paid,” she told him. “I forgot and my head was elsewhere… Please can you pick up the run?… I told them I would pay for the stuff and they could still trespass me.”

When investigators spoke to the responding officer, he admitted to knowing Lamkin “in passing’ but said he did not currently maintain a personal relationship with her. He said the run came at the end of his shift and he didn’t think to notify a supervisor about the incident — due to it involving a police officer — until after he logged off for the day.

Investigators reviewed Target surveillance footage and reported the video corroborated the account given by the loss prevention employee, which included showing Lamkin hiding items in storage bins and switching tags.

Lamkin was officially charged by the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office with one count of misdemeanor theft on Thursday.

IMPD confirmed Lamkin was a 17-year officer with the department and was most recently assigned to the Professional Standards Bureau. She was been placed on paid leave pending a thorough review.

On Tuesday, IMPD announced that Lamkin resigned from her position in lieu of a recommendation of termination to the IMPD Civilian Merit Board by the chief of police.

American Airlines flight returns to gate over passenger hotspot name mentioning ‘bomb’

A departing American Airlines flight suddenly returned to the gate last week after crews were alerted to suspicious activity onboard involving a passenger’s Wi-Fi hotspot name that contained the word “bomb,” the Austin Police Department (APD) told Fox News Digital.

The security issue occurred last Friday on American Airlines Flight 2863 scheduled to fly from Austin, Texas, to Charlotte, North Carolina.

According to a Reddit user who said they were on the plane, the hotspot was named “I have a bomb,” or something similar. The Reddit user said the police claimed the issue was caused by a passenger playing a prank.

Austin police told Fox News Digital that following the alert, the plane returned to the gate, where police conducted a sweep of the plane and baggage, looking for explosives.

“All passengers were deplaned and re-screened by the Transportation Security Administration prior to being allowed to board again,” a police spokesperson said.

“We and our partners take bomb threats very seriously,” the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) said in a statement to Fox News Digital.

The flight was eventually cleared and departed around 6:15 p.m.

“Safety and security are our top priorities, and we thank our customers for their understanding and our team members for their professionalism,” American Airlines said to Fox News Digital in a statement.

The incident did not cause major impacts on other airline and airport operations, according to the police.

Indiana made the news! Oh, and shouldn’t two officers be fired. The first dirty cop, and the dirty cop who backed her up.

KoB

Yep…they both should be fired. From another article (found while looking for a photo, not sure but she may be a “dumb blonde”) “Prior to her resignation, Lamkin earned a salary of $98,128 in 2024, according to an IndyStar database of Indiana public employees’ wages.” Seventeen year career and pert near $100K a year pissed away for $185 worth of female war paint?

Pretty sure the traffic cop was hired by the Chief of Police. “Rules for thee, not for me…”…if you’re a demonrat. Stop signs are RAAAYYCISS in 5.4.3.2..

TSA don’t like “pranks”. No joke!

Ms Nose Ring Kongress Kritter’s attitude is her birth control. No passes to be made at that chick that wears glasses by me. I suspect that even our IDC SARC would take a hard pass on hitting that. I’ve yet to see a single thing in the Constitution that gives the Fed.gov the requirement to insure one can murder their unborn child…at Fed.gov expense.

5JC

Many people who shoplift have the money to pay for the items they are stealing. They just find it cheaper to steal. A lot of them think it is ok because the store has insurance? Which may or may not be true, but either way the only reason they have the extra cost of theft insurance is because of thieves like them.

Cosmetics are one of the number one items stolen. Small, expensive and easily concealable our local Walmart has $700k a year stolen or almost 10% of their inventory. Shocking the number of women that suddenly limit their lives and career choices for some eyeliner.

26Limabeans

I’ll bet most the cosmetics theft is happening at the
self checkout even with one or two employees
monitoring the stations.
The cosmetics aisle is lit up like the surface of the
sun and there are multiple cameras that you can
see yourself on as you walk by. Had no idea that
stuff was so expensive.

I’m not a biologist but nowhere in the article did I
find a clue as to (her) gender.

Oh, so SHE is another Xe/SXhe-whatever kinda critter as well? No surprise to me at all, and AS TO them sterilizing themselves, hey, they won’t reproduce on their own, but we need to put a stop to that crowd grooming kids!

MIRanger

Great job! Thanks for doing the job for us…carry on.

I commend Laurie Pohutsky on her brave action as an example for all liberal women to follow.

SgtM

She said she would not have access to “contraception “ that’s before the baby is conceived. What she is talking about is killing something alive. Big difference.

Tallywhagger

Should sister Laurie require follow-up therapy, I will be honored to assist with an Oophorectomy. Might even offer her an autographed Little David Hogg caricature, should her whoremoans become unbalanced.

Tallywhagger

I wonder if fender skirts were available as an option for the Bel Air. If not, JC Whitney probably had something available.

SgtM

Just type it in, originals and repops all over.

Love the wide whitewalls.

Steve1371

What is so hard about the word stop? To pass a driving test you must stop either before the stop sign or if present the stop line which may be farther ahead. The states spend a lot of money on signage and markings that a lot of drivers are oblivious to. Also road markings show where to turn with a break in the line. Too many drivers ignore this and cut into the other lane while turning. This will get you into trouble eventually especially if pulling a trailer.

RGR 4-78

A couple days ago I stopped for a red lighted intersection on a 2-lane hwy. A pickup well behind me swerved into the oncoming lane and blew through the intersection at around 40 MPH. They went another 4 blocks and turned into McDonalds and the drive through lane. Idiots are everywhere.

Why do the demokarens think they can ignore the law whenever they want?

On the plus side, they are sterilizing themselves for literally no reason, so that’s one problem fixing itself.

Hack Stone

Because the Democrats can ignore the law whenever they want. Fortunately for them, no reasonable prosecutor would pursue charges. Or their Father can get them a Presidential pardon.

One of my FD Volly members who used to be an NYPD Officer and retired on a disibility used to tell me that cops want everything for nothing and the FDNY members wanted everything wholesale. I got a chuckle out of that.

David

Believe if you read a few articles on the now-sterile Laurie that she says she has been contemplating getting her tubes tied for years and just now pulled the trigger. Her convictions run about as deep as a parking lot puddle.

Tallywhagger

So she still responds to the moon and the tides. Probably still keeps some Midol in her Unicorn pouch, too.

Peter the Bubblehead

Once Trump is out of office in 2029 she’ll be whining that she can’t have kids and it’s all Orange Man Bad’s fault!

Warren Peece

So, the sticky-fingers cop “was most recently assigned to the Professional standards bureau”…

Jimbojszz

She was practicing the standards she planned to educate the department with. How to switch tags on merchandise and call for backup to assist in the theft. She can teach her new friends now at the county jail.
