Loudoun county superintendent denied the allegations that females were assaulted
The Loudoun Country School Board approved policy that allowed students to use the bathroom of the gender that they identified with. After this policy went into effect, a male wearing a skirt was accused of committing sexual assault against a female student in the bathroom. This was not the only case.
The Superintendent denied the occurrence of the sexual assaults at the school. He also denied the existence of the accused assaulter. Loudoun Country parents have subsequently demanded that the superintendent resign over these alleged sexual assaults.

Parents pointed to two alleged sexual assaults, the first of which the victim’s father claims took place on May 28, 2021, telling The Daily Wire his ninth-grade daughter was assaulted in the bathroom by a boy wearing a skirt. Elizabeth Lancaster, the attorney for the father of the alleged victim, said the boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio.
“We can confirm a May 28, 2021 case that involved a thorough 2-month-long investigation that was conducted to determine the facts of the case prior to arrest,” the sheriff’s office told Fox News. “This case is still pending court proceedings. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is not able to provide any documents that pertain to a pending case.” The sheriff’s office confirmed that the case involved sexual assault.
At a June 22 board meeting, Ziegler declared that “the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist,” and that to his knowledge, “We don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms.”
On Aug. 11, the school board voted to approve a controversial transgender policy, 8040, which requires teachers to call students by their preferred pronouns and requires bathroom renovations to make them more private.

So the transgender student was removed from this particular school, and within the last two weeks was arrested for an alleged sexual assault against another female student at his new school. These girls are just collateral damage on the road to LBGQT(?) tolerance.
Just keep moving him to new schools. I’m sure when they he moves, they don’t brief all the staff on his “issues.” That would run the risk of labeling him and putting him on that school to prison pipeline. So nobody knows to keep an eye on the serial rapist.

The Superintendent just released a half-assed apology. So, is he admitting that he was wrong? Is he admitting that he told a lie to everyone attending or watching that school board meeting? Sure, a few civil suits are definitely in order. However, a few criminal charges against individual principals/teachers seem more than appropriate as well. How about aiding and abetting? Or collusion? Or harboring a criminal? Or any number of other crimes?
Virginia, like many states (Hack knows that Virginia is a Commonwealth, so spare us the effort of pointing out the error), requires BY LAW that sexual assaults be reported to law enforcement. The superintendent and school board went above and beyond conspiring to cover up this (alleged) sexual assault. The Father should go ahead and sue, and he stands a good chance of winning, but that money will come from the County taxpayers, not the people responsible.
Personally I like how they sent a message to the parents about the sexual assault (I think it was #2) and said that it didn’t endanger any students. They gave out a much harsher message when the dad had his altercation. Talking about how it involved police response and everything.
Ex – I read an article that said that sexual assaults in schools in that state are, by law, required to be reported to the law (CPS I think).
IF the schools do not, then the Superintendent can be held legally responsible and is subject to being sued.
House Bill 257 passed by the VA Legislature in 2020, and signed by Gov Northam, (all Dems) removed reporting requirements for sex crimes in schools unless they are felonies. The practical effect is that no crimes are reported until the accused is convicted, which can be up to 18mos after the crime is committed.
One of the Board members has resigned, of course not saying whether her resignation is related to this situation.
I do not advocate violence, but I would love to see every member of this Board take his or her own life.
They would have to have a (presumably guilty) conscience first.

Everyone has made some really good points here, and I have nothing to add on to that, except to express my own dismay and disgust at how our society is regressing. We have girls being sacrificed to the whims of boys who identify as girls. First in athletics, and now this horrifying case. Sacrificed on the altar of Woke. If you come across someone who doesn’t get really upset about this I think you instantly know how far left they lean – or they’re a psychopath/sociopath.
