Houston dad holds intruder at gunpoint after catching him looking into daughter’s window

By Briana Conner
HOUSTON — A Texas homeowner says he woke up in the middle of the night to find a stranger in his backyard, but believes police took way too long to get there.

Ike Umar, who lives in the Galleria area, said he called 911 for help several times, but he claims it took a while for officers to show up.

As he was waiting for help, Umar said he was terrified that something would happen to his wife or their 6-month-old daughter.

Now, he’s more upset with the Houston Police Department than the intruder.

“My wife woke me up, and she said, ‘Hey, I think somebody’s in the backyard.’ So, I moved the curtain, and I see a face of a guy who’s trying to look inside. My daughter’s bed is right there,” said Umar.

His home surveillance system caught a shirtless, tattooed intruder sneaking into his back gate around 3 a.m. on Tuesday.

“I said, ‘Hey, who are you? What are you doing?’ That’s when I did my gun thing, like I loaded my gun. He heard that and just went up … his hands.”

Kudos’ to Houston dad for not loosing the lead on this Loser- God only really knows what might’ve happened otherwise.

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio – hope shooter-guy can convince a judge/jury that the guy he shot and killed – without a Concealed Carry Permit – caused him to feel that he actually felt at peril for his life.

When you really need the popo, they’re only 47 minutes away. Inside my perimeter, peeping in my baby girls window, half nekkid at 0God30 am? I’d of been calling the coroner, not the popo. Nice open field, on the cement, tackle Ms Thang made on the perp in the attached video.

When there is only one story to be told, make sure it’s yours.

Houston is a Demon-rat controlled city, unfortunately, and the Boss Popo has calloused knees from serving the Powers dat Be in City Hall.

The DA in Harris county is about as pro-crime as they come, too.

Multiple road-rage shootings there, weekly.

I remember trying to have the wife call 911 about break-in noises during Hurricane Rita’s buildup… SIL and I walked down, talked to the folks making the noise, and walked back… then told her to quit holding. 15 minutes and never even talked to a dispatcher.

.45-70… now there is a REAL cartridge.
