Being a cop is a shitty job…

Drunk man outside Kid Rock bar in Tennessee used his colostomy bag as a weapon: cops

This is not honky-tonk behavior.

A bizarre incident reportedly occurred outside of a restaurant owned by musician Kid Rock on Saturday night. According to reports, a drunk man used his colostomy bag as a weapon during an altercation with police officers.

The incident occurred outside of Kid Rock’s Big Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse in Nashville, Tenn., Newsweek reports. According to the news outlet, authorities were called to the scene in response to a disturbance.

The Smoking Gun obtained a copy of the police report, officers arrived on the scene and found the suspect drunk and outside of the restaurant, blocking the emergency exit. Apparently, the man was refusing to leave the area.

When officers arrived on the scene to assist the security workers, the suspect reportedly pulled his colostomy bag out from the front part of his pants and began swinging it around like a weapon.

The police report states that two officers were hit with the contents of the bag. It also says that the suspect was drunk and unable to stand on his own when he was taken into custody.

He is reportedly facing charges for assaulting the police officers, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

The Smoking Gun also identifies the suspect as 39-year-old Nicholas Newhart. The site also states that he has multiple tattoos, including at least one that appears to be linked to Neo-Nazi imagery.

According to the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, Newhart is being held in the Davidson County jail in lieu of a total bond of $4,500.

Fox News reached out to Kid Rock’s Big Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse for comment but did not immediately receive a response.

St. Paul man sentenced, fined $12 million in Minneapolis Third Precinct fire

Another one bites the dust.

Another man has been sentenced in connection to the fire that burned down the Minneapolis Police Department’s Third Precinct headquarters last year.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for Minnesota announced that Branden Michael Wolfe, 23, was sentenced to 41 months in prison — almost 3 and a half years. He will also serve 2 years of supervised release and was ordered to pay $12 million in restitution.

Prosecutors allege that on the night of May 28, 2020, Wolfe pushed a barrel into the already-set fire at the 3rd Precinct building to accelerate it. They say he also went into the building and stole a police vest, duty belt, handcuffs, earpiece, baton, knife, riot helmet, pistol magazine, police radio, police overdose kit, uniform name plates, and ammunition.

Wolfe was arrested on June 3, 2020. According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Wolfe was wearing the police vest and duty belt, and was carrying the tactical baton. He pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit arson in December.

Wolfe is one of four people who pleaded guilty in connection to the 3rd Precinct fire. One of the others, Dylan Shakespeare Robinson, has already been sentenced to 4 years in prison, 2 years of supervised release, and a $12 million fine. Robinson was from Brainerd but living a few blocks from the precinct at the time he helped light fires to burn it down.

Two other men, Bryce Michael Williams and Davon De-Andre Turner, will be sentenced at a later date. They lit and threw Molotov cocktails. Federal prosecutors are pushing for similar sentences for them.

Those four are the only people charged involving the burning of the MPD 3rd Precinct, although Wolfe’s attorney notes hundreds of people were involved.

These four suspects all admitted they were caught up in peaceful protests during the day that turned violent at night, motivated by their anger that George Floyd was killed by police.

Some others had different motives.

Illinois man Matthew Rupert, who live-streamed his riot experience, looting and lighting fires, pleaded guilty and could get at least 5 years in prison when sentenced.

And Michael Solomon and Benjamin Teeter — two members of the extremist group “Boogaloo Bois” that infiltrated the protests — have pleaded guilty to a plot to help a terrorist group.

A third Boogaloo Boy – Ivan Hunter – is charged with riot for shooting into the 3rd Precinct. His case is still active.

NJ Police Chief Facing Demotion After Asking Officer to Sleep with Wife AND Daughter!

Demotion? That’s it? Being a chief is a pretty good gig if you only get demoted after trying to hook up with a guy’s minor daughter (I heard a report she was a pre-teen no less).

It looks like a New Jersey police chief will be demoted after it was discovered that he offered a promotion to a cop in exchange to have sex with the officer’s wife and underaged daughter.

The announcement was made during an administrative disciplinary hearing last week where officials found Rudolph Beu guilty of several offenses during his time as a police officer for the Vineland Police Department. He was accused of failure to perform duties, conduct unbecoming a public employee and neglect of duty and he was already suspended from his position with pay since last February.

Beu faced several allegations which included one incident in 2017 where he promised a promotion for a cop in exchange for sex with the officer’s wife or daughter who was underage. He was also accused of nepotism for allegedly trying to promote his daughter and not properly disciplining his son-in-law at the department as reported by the New York Post.

Different spanks for different ranks. That’s not just in the military.

Another example of the shitty job that LEOs have to deal with everyday.

Wonder if BLM will pay the $12 mil fine for homeboi? Doubt it, they’d have to sell a big house or 2.

Mofo would not be just demoted for wanting to have sex with my Baby Girl. He’d be dead, Jim.

They will do a payroll garnishment on the offenders and take it out of their pay checks. You know from their jobs.

Friend

Didn’t Bernath sling his colostomy bag in court during his disbarment trial?

rgr769

IIRC, as I read all the docs re his disbarment, Bernasty didn’t use his bag as a weapon. But I recall he made some use of his colostomy as an excuse for an adjournment or continuance of his hearing.

Hack Stone

Providing further proof that Daniel Bernath really was a shit bag.

Hack Stone

Is it true that Daniel Bernath was such a fashion trendsetter that he had his colostomy bag monogrammed?
