(sigh) Another “brought a knife to a gunfight” incident.

You’d think people would know by now that doesn’t usually work out so well.

KoB

Yep, not only was Ms Thang with the knife, stoopid in that respect, she was also dog butt fugly, poor thing. And homeboy must of been a real winner too, to be locked up on an outstanding drug warrant.

Good on the ‘Caintuck citizen for taking out the trash. Give him a jug of that thar mash as a ree-ward.

Shore wish I still had that Mauser 98 we bought on the Blue Light Special at the K Marts for $8 way back yonder. Bastard stole that and a Marlin Century 100 .22 Lever Action that I had paid a fellow Dumbass Gun Bunny $20 for. Both were fine shooting irons. I hate a thief almost as much as a liar.

CCO

Speaking of the Mauser 98 and movies, go back and look at that one scene in “The Longest Day.” I mean the scene where the paratrooper on the ground in Normandy hears a click-click like the “cricket” he was issued. The sound turned out to be Mauser bolt being worked. Anybody know if that’s true? Does a Mauser action sound like a “cricket?”

David

Not even vaguely. Hollywierd.

Graybeard

So, Cynthia Denise Cole was shot in the mouth & jaw.

That may not be the worst fate a woman can have, but it sure must be in the top 3.

I had a comment I was going to make, that would be considered rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. But I thought better, and didn’t.
