It’s official!

| January 20, 2021

We have a new President of the United States. Joe Biden has been sworn in. Now, finally, after 50 years in federal elected office he can get to work on fixing some problems. What are the priorities for the Harris Biden Administration you may ask?

They outline it here at Whitehouse.gov;

President Biden will deliver bold action and immediate relief for American families as the country grapples with converging crises. This will include actions to control the COVID-19 pandemic, provide economic relief, tackle climate change, and advance racial equity and civil rights, as well as immediate actions to reform our immigration system and restore America’s standing in the world.

Of direct interest to readers here are the latter two goals.

“Restore our standing in the world”? I assume that will include immediately putting more downward pressure on our economy by joining the Paris Climate Accords, go back to the free trade (in only one direction) of the Trans Pacific Partnership, and take all pressure off Iran by unconditionally rejoining the horrendous Iran deal.

As for “civil rights”, Biden had previously promised to reopen the US military to those with severe body dysmorphic mental illness transgenders.

Now for the real question. When does the impeachment and 25th Amendment talk start? I also await a full, unconditional pardon from him for Corn Pop (who was a real bad dude).

Just after the 2022 mid-terms.
That sets up:
1) Plausible deniability that the Biden-Harris bait and switch was a part of the plan all along.
2) Shields congressional Dems from any retribution at the ballot box in November 2022. Going 25th Amendment earlier then the mid-terms affords the electorate an opportunity to vent their displeasure on a Democratic Party that installed a candidate that barely got 2% of her own party’s support in the 2020 primary run.
3) Sets President Harris up for a Constitutional maximum 10 year term in office…2 remaining years of the Biden presidency + 2 full 4 year terms as President Harris outright.

Her hubby owns a construction company, her district is west of Atlanta. Prolly won’t be long till the trash moves further out along the I-20 corridor and there goes that neighborhood.

Now that the Dominion system has been proven to work, the outlying counties will be next as to who is elected. All of the nice quiet towns that were within 30-50 miles of the ATL have become trashed with high taxes and crime.

No.

Fuck that.

The ‘not my President’ meme is childish. It was childish when the Democrats said it about Trump; it’s just as childish now. Firstly, he’s America’s President, not your personal President. It’s been that way ever since George Washington took the Presidential Oath on 30 April 1789. Secondly, the current President is Joseph Biden. That is objective reality. Cope.

My resolution for 2021 – anyone who hands me that ‘not my President’ junk is someone who has lost my respect for their opinions.

+1

🍺 <—Have one on me, SFC.

Hondo

Agreed. Stolen election or not (and yes, Commissar – there is indeed persuasive but not fully conclusive evidence that the election was stolen), we’re stuck with . . . Biden for a while – just like we were stuck with JFK after 1960, LBJ as a US Senator after 1948, and the Funnyman Thief as a US Senator after 2008.

Like it or not, he’s now “That Guy”.

LC

If I may ask, what evidence you feel is ‘persuasive’?

Hondo

The number of dead and underage voters that appear to have cast votes in Georgia, for starters. Between those two categories, it’s alleged that about 5x as many votes were cast as constituted Biden’s alleged margin of victory in Georgia. And those were hardly the only “irregularities” in the state.

Evidence of similar fraud – as well as vote fraud of other types – apparently exists for AZ, NV, PA, MI, and WI.

Haven’t seen the primary documentation for any of that, so I’m working from indirect sources. But if what’s alleged is anywhere near correct, that means there’s substantial evidence indicating a stolen election – just like there was substantial evidence indicating LBJ stole the 1948 Democratic US Senate primary (and thus the US Senate seat, since Texas was essentially a one-party state re: statewide elections during that time frame).

However, in both cases Federal courts appear to have either halted existing investigations or refused to order the matter to be investigated further. So the nation was stuck with the result.

And please, Commissar: spare us any “the courts didn’t act on those claims” propaganda. Federal courts have traditionally been reluctant to overturn state-run elections, and certification of election results for Federal elections is a state prerogative. So as a general rule, if a Federal election is stolen in a given state and is certified by the appropriate authorities in that state, it almost always stays stolen.

LC

Since this argument has been beaten to death, I won’t resurrect it here, but if you have any reasonable sources that show that, and give plausible motive for why the (Republican) Georgia election officials are somehow in on the steal, I’d love to see it.

I agree that large number of dead voters, or children voters, would be pretty damn suspicious. And early on, I know Tucker Carlson was saying that happened too.. until he had to back-pedal because one of the dead rose like an evil Democratic vampire and provided proof she was alive. One such story here:

https://www.forbes.com/sites/tommybeer/2020/11/14/fox-news-host-tucker-carlson-apologizes-after-falsely-claiming-a-dead-man-voted-in-georgia/

I do keep an open mind, and want secure elections, but it seems when the level of proof doesn’t pass initial tests, local election officials, state officials, and Bill Barr at DOJ, … it’s best to be skeptical.

Hondo

One error in 10,000+ cases is less than a 0.01% error rate. Does that mean you’re OK with accepting the 10,000+ fraudulent votes simply because one initially thought to be fraudulent was found to be valid?

LC

Have you got a source for the 10K cases? I would certainly find that troubling. But I’m also puzzled how various officials from local, to state, to federal, all ignored such a thing if it has any merit. Given the choice between ‘conspiracy’, or ‘there’s nothing there’, I lean heavily towards the latter.

As for 1 error in 10K, that’s assuming the other 9,999 are correct. To step away from politics for a moment, if I say I have a bag of 10,000 green balls, and pick one at random, and say, “See? A green ball!”, and you point out that it’s actually red, well, the two most likely situations are either: a) I had one red ball in the mix, and had a 1 in 10000 chance of picking it, and was just extremely unlucky, or b) not all of those 10,000 balls are green.

Since 1/10000 things don’t happen all that often, I’m inclined to think the latter is more likely. And I think additional ‘reportedly dead’ voters turned up alive, so to continue the analogy, it’d be like me then saying, “Well, there was only a 0.01% chance of that, so pick another!”. And you do, and it’s another red one. Now, if there were a whopping two red ones in that otherwise green bag, the chance that that happens is 2/10000 * 1/9999, or roughly 2e-8.

If you want a source on multiple ‘dead’ people turning up alive, I’ll try to find one. I know you’re a by-the-numbers guy, so I was just curious to hear your concerns, but didn’t want to turn this into a full-on discussion.

Hondo

See the link provided in the preceding article. As noted above, it cites secondary sources and doesn’t cite the underlying primary sources. It’s therefore not definitive – unlike the court testimony at the court-ordered but never-completed investigation of LBJ’s theft of the 1948 Democratic US Senate primary.

Still: the allegations appear to have merit, and should IMO damn well have been investigated (and still should). Whether there’s a viable remedy at this point if they’re found to be true or not is a damn good question. As I also noted elsewhere: once a US Federal election is stolen and certified by a given state it almost always stays stolen – regardless of the fact that it was stolen.

And yes: I’m aware that the Georgia Secretary of State is (1) GOP, and (2) has said “nothing of the sort happened”. However, he’s also the one responsible for running elections in Georgia and certifying their results. Seems to me that puts him in a position that has a decided conflict of interest with respect to claims of voter fraud – either he admits he’s incompetent by ordering an investigation, or he ignores it and says “all is good” when it may not be. I’m not saying either is the case, but at this point I’d love to see a formal investigation of alleged irregularities in those 6 six and the results – with supporting documentation – made public.

LC

@ Hondo: Still: the allegations appear to have merit, and should IMO damn well have been investigated (and still should). I did just go and read the first volume of the ‘Navarro Report’ which documents these cases, but disagree with your characterization that they have merit… and I think, if you read it, including the end-notes, you’ll come to the same conclusion. It certainly has a veneer of authenticity given the countless references it cites, but that’s about it.  For example, in the section on ‘fake ballot manufacturing’ (Vol I, page 9), citation number 15, about a truck driver giving a sworn affidavit that he picked up large crates of ballots in NY and brought them to PA, is a Youtube video.  That video is a nine and a half minute long video of an OAN broadcast of Jesse Morgan, the driver, detailing what the ‘anomalies’ he claims.  And hey, bringing ballots in from out of state sounds bad.  But according to the Lancaster election official, Diane Skilling, it’s not uncommon to have some ballots come in from out-of-state, but the total number the driver claims is more ballots than were requested in the county, and thus not true as their results show.  That is, he claims he delivered between 130K – 280K ballots, but Lancaster, a red county going for Trump 160K to Biden’s 115K votes, says it mailed out 109K ballots, and received 91K back.    On top of that, while the facts matter, the nature of the witness can go to credibility, and a ghost-hunting dude with a history of drug abuse, mental health issues and domestic violence doesn’t exactly make me feel like his word should outweigh the data of several respected election officials. That’s just the first end-note I looked at, in the first section I looked at.  It seems to me, Navarro threw together whatever references he could find without looking at the veracity of them.  The next one, 16, refers to a ‘John Doe’ filing that I couldn’t find with an initial (and admittedly quick) search, and the following one, 17, refers to… Read more »

That is one hell of a coincidence.

Sapper3307

So severe anthemia that lets you be a Red Cross life guard and battle CornPoP like the punisher? That sound legit, got ocean front property in Arizona?

Sapper3307

REPEAT <<OVER!!!!!!

Commissar

Just looked into your claim.

The similarities are actually substantial. Both definitely did everything they could to avoid service. The only difference is Trump had to buy a medical diagnosis and Biden actually had one.

There is literally zero medical evidence Trump has or ever had bone spurs.

Biden has released his medical records and there is lifetime records of asthma.

But call Biden a draft dodger if you like. It is clear he sought and received deferments to avoid going

I think the fact that privileged kids, in college or otherwise, could get deferments while other kids could not is bullshit.

And I am not impressed with the effort people put into obtaining deferments.

rgr769

Any male going to college got a deferment. I had a student deferment for two years. And I wasn’t “privileged.” Except for about $200 my father paid toward my first quarter’s tuition and books, I paid all my tuition, books, and living expenses until I was awarded an ROTC scholarship for two years. There was no “effort” in obtaining deferments for college, you effing moron. But then that wasn’t anything you would know about, not having been spawned for another sixteen years.

Hondo

Hmm. He must have made one helluva recovery from that “teenage” asthma – he made the freshman football team at Delaware, and also made the spring varsity team as a junior (he met his future first wife that summer and decided spending time with her was more important than playing college football). I also seem to remember he was a lifeguard at times as either a teen or while in college.

Oh, FWIW: that “teenage asthma” didn’t result in Biden getting another deferment. Rgr769 is correct in saying that all male college students received them during the mid 1960s. Rather, that asthma resulted in his being classified into category 1Y – which equates to “only subject to draft during war or national emergency”. Vietnam technically was neither. After that reclassification, he no longer needed a deferment to avoid the draft.

Finally, a diagnosis of the existence of a medical condition by a competent physician is indeed considered evidence that the condition exists. So without further evidence to support it, your assertion that Trump’s dad “paid for” a fraudulent diagnosis is – to be charitable – an assumption on your part rather than a demonstrated fact. That may or may not have happened, but you’d have no way of knowing that based on what’s been made public.

Berliner
