Seems like Myrtle Beach Home Boy isn’t suffering from his gunshot wound anymore. “He’s dead Jim!”

Chitcongo, car jacking and murder capital of the world. You’d think that a Security Guard Rent-a-Cop would know all about that whole, “…lock your car, take your key…” thing.

A most beautimous rendition depicting the works of his most Saintly John Moses (Howitzer be his name) Browning! The sleek lines, exquisite scroll work, accessorised by genuine Ivory Grips, and manufactured by Colonel Colt’s Factory. Proof positive that AW1Ed not only recognizes drop dead gorgeous Firearms, but that he loves us and wants us to be happy.

So do people in Chicago leave their cars running (keys in it, unlocked) because it is cold and their car barely started the first time so they are worried it won’t start again, or because they are just lazy and for some ludicrous reason believe they are in a safe neighborhood where no one would ever think of taking their car for a joy ride?!

I could sort of understand the mother who popped in to get some milk for the baby asleep in the car (she was following the law, which said don’t lock your baby in the car and don’t leave them in the hot sun or freezing cold). She did have to face a stern lecture from the carjacker who returned when he realized there was a kid in the car!

Ahh, the Chicago West side. Spent 6 years stationed in downtown Chicago first as a Recruiter then as a MEPS Guidance Counselor in the late 70’s.

I was getting out of my car near that area to visit a buddy, former station commander/best man, while wearing civies in the middle of the day when a Chicago cop stopped his car across from me, not fitting in with the neighborhood, and yelled out his window asking “Are you Lost?”.

Went into the diner and all conversation stopped until my buddy yelled out “It’s ok, he’s with me”.
