I thought there was no evidence of voter fraud?

| January 14, 2021

After Ms Rachel Rodriguez was caught by Project Veritas selling votes and admitting to doing all manner of other election crimes, the Attorney General of Texas has arrested and charged her.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton today announced the arrest of Rachel Rodriguez for election fraud, illegal voting, unlawfully assisting people voting by mail, and unlawfully possessing an official ballot. Each charge constitutes a felony under the Texas Election Code. Rodriguez was exposed in a Project Veritas video last fall while she engaged in vote harvesting leading up to the 2020 election. The Election Fraud Division of the Office of the Attorney General reviewed dozens of hours of unedited, raw footage, which led to this arrest. In an uncharacteristic moment of honesty, Rodriguez acknowledged on video that what she was doing is illegal and that she could go to jail for it. If convicted, Rodriguez could face up to 20 years in prison.

This investigation is ongoing. Individuals involved in or with knowledge of this organized vote harvesting scheme are encouraged to come forward and cooperate with the Office of the Attorney General.

The Attorney General himself released this statement;

“Many continue to claim that there’s no such thing as election fraud. We’ve always known that such a claim is false and misleading, and today we have additional hard evidence. This is a victory for election integrity and a strong signal that anyone who attempts to defraud the people of Texas, deprive them of their vote, or undermine the integrity of elections will be brought to justice,” said Attorney General Paxton. “The shocking and blatantly illegal action documented by Project Veritas demonstrates a form of election fraud my office continually investigates and prosecutes. I am fiercely committed to ensuring the voting process is secure and fair throughout the state, and my office is prepared to assist any Texas county in combating this insidious, un-American form of fraud.”

What is Lars mUm for $500 Alex?

Commissar

Nope.

I am just not a moron looking for any excuse to believe complete bullshit about widespread election fraud.

Berliner

“I am just not a moron looking for any excuse to believe complete bullshit about widespread election fraud.”

Strip all that extraneous bullshit out and 4 words stand out in your self-declaration:

I am just a moron. You’re welcome.

Amateur Historian

Lol

Twist

I guess you missed the word “widespread” in the headline of the article. How convenient.

Commissar

*sigh*

They find a few cases every election. They found at least two in a Georgia this year.

About half the cases this year are Trump voters.

These cases are rare at make up less than 0.001% of the vote count.

They are not evidence of widespread voter fraud, they are not even close to enough to change the result of any elections this cycle.

And this case is going to be an embarrassment for Paxton. He rushed these charges for publicity and it is just going to end up being a judicial fart in the wind.

He is trying to get a pardon from Trump.

In fact most voter fraud cases are just dipshits being dispshits and getting caught.

Not widespread conspiracies involving tens of thousands of votes.

SFC D

It matters not which side they’re on. Fraud is fraud. You should know that better than anyone,

gitarcarver

Commissar,

You may or may not have been around for the 2000 election between Bush and Gore.

A Commission set up by the Democratic Congress claimed to find “irregularities” (but not fraud).

While the Commission claimed these “irregularities” were widespread, they actually documented less than 20 cases in the State where there was a mistake on voter rolls (but people were allowed to cast provisional votes.)

The Democrats on the Commission and in Congress wanted to have another Presidential election in the state of Florida. The rallying cry was “if one person was disenfranchised, the election is invalid.”

Today, people such as yourself are saying “no widespread voter fraud.”

“Fraud,” as most people know, is an iceberg. What you see on top is not the entire body.

In some of the court cases, Judges said “no evidence of widespread voter fraud,” and then allowed stated to hide records. The Texas case was dismissed on lack of standing, which is somewhat curious as standing is gained by being harmed. The SCOTUS essentially said that Texas (and its people) would not be harmed by a fraudulent election.

It is a curious situation to say the least.

The bottom line is that saying “no widespread fraud” is based on the certainty that we know the amount of fraud that occurred and we do not.

You believe biden got all of the votes he got fair and square? Tell us what is so great about biden that he would get that many votes legitimately.

LC

Outside a small margin of error? I do. And the answer is pretty simple – he isn’t Trump. Much like how Trump got a lot of votes in 2016 because he wasn’t Clinton, and that includes a number of people who frequent this site.

For better or worse, people often vote against a candidate they don’t like, rather than for a candidate they do like.

To give an example, Wyoming is one of the reddest states in the country. If you look at the election results, link below, you’ll see the following, showing votes by year for the Republican, then the Democratic candidates in Weston County:

2020 3107 (R) vs 360 (D)
2016 3033 (R) vs 299 (D)
2012 2821 (R) vs 422 (D)
2008 2618 (R) vs 658 (D)

Link: https://sos.wyo.gov/Elections/ElectionResults.aspx

From that, the take-away to me is that Democrats were doing worse since 2008 until now. But, this is again in deep-red country, they don’t use Dominion Voting systems there in case you worry about that, and the county clerk is a Republican. If you think Democrats still somehow stole votes there, I’d love to hear that theory. Otherwise, it seems they won over voters they haven’t gotten in the past – likely because people voted against Trump, in my opinion.

Hondo

Cherry pick data much, LC?

LC

Not at all, no – I literally just tried to give a simple example without going into statistics. So I thought, “What’s the reddest state?”, pulled up their results, eyeballed them, and picked the one that seemed to have the biggest R/D split. Then looked at the data. There was no checking out multiple examples then picking one.

Incomplete, yes. Cherry-picked, no.

Again, example, not analysis. Would you feel better if it were state-wide? Or country-wide? The latter is called the election, but then people dispute things like those states with Dominion systems, or Democrats in charge of elections. Quite happy to pick a few more. Is your theory that Biden didn’t get those votes legally, and it was indeed stolen?

SFC D

Your stats are an accurate measurement of the “Californication” of Wyoming. If you sample Teton County, you’d probably find an even greater change in the split. Sad.

KoB

spapos showing up to dispute the evidence as fake news in 5.4.3.2..

Everybody knows that the leftists and domestic enemies of our Republic have NEVER tried to pad the ballot box. None of that ever happened till ORANGE MAN BAD came along to install himself as a depostic dictator. /s/

Too bad that Sissy Punk Asinine Piece of Sh^t never could read and comprehend a history book.

Maybe, since it’s Texas there will be some justice here. Somehow, I doubt it.

xyzzy

OK; I’m adult enough to admit that maybe the election was stolen after all. I apologize to all who were offended by my previous assertions that there was no steal.

Now let’s get to work on winning back Congress in 2022 so we can impeach Biden for stealing the election.

Commissar

Since you are not taking this seriously and this is just a propaganda game for you, Mason…

Two can play the game.

Yep, Clinton definitely won 2016, no question; more absolute proof Trump stole the election…

Really?

Your point is the childish “they did it too!”?

There is a difference here. Most people on this blog are saying election fraud is wrong, no matter what side did it.

You seem to believe that election fraud is acceptable, especially when done by the left.

The Other Whitey

Lars accuses us of “whataboutisms,” then shamelessly uses his own whenever it suits him.

The Dead Man

This is strict deflection. Shill’s got to try and reconcile hypocrisy with his figurative or literal payoff/paycheck. He’s as honest an actor as I am a time traveler seeking killer robots.

USMC Steve

Wrong answer fucknuts. NPR did an investigation that went for over 6 months, and they showed that das Hildabeast didn’t even legitimately win the popular vote, with over a million bogus votes in CA alone. In all reality she lost according to NPR and another group that assisted, by over three million votes on the popular vote. Suck it loser.

Twist

Do you have a link for this?

Commissioner Wretched

Methinks Lars doth protest too much.

Sapper3307

My eye’s are fixated at that red SUV thing in background WTF?

Commissar

https://www.kold.com/2019/10/03/arizona-man-sentenced-voter-fraud-general-election/

Apparently Trump never won an election in his life.

He is 0-3 in presidential elections.

Commissar

This can go on all day.

And there will be more arrests from 2020 as investigations continue…

But none of this is evidence of a stolen election. And idiots on both sides pull this nonsense…

Commissar

I know you weren’t born three years ago, and this is the first election you have seen.
There is about 100-150 cases each election cycle across 50 states.

Usually split pretty close along party lines.

They are not evidence of systemic or widespread fraud and they don’t change the results.

SFC D

It’s still fraud, still illegal. What party committing it does not matter. If it’s enough to affect the outcome does not matter. Fraud is fraud. Like you.

Dustoff

Don’t turn around……Der Kommissar is back.

OWB

Good.

Every instance of election fraud should be prosecuted. All instances of election irregularities should be thoroughly investigated.

Tallywhagger

Trump should bestow a Medal of Freedom to James O’Keefe for his tireless, fearless and abundantly successful investigations.

No one gets even close to delivering the evidence than O’Keefe and the staff of Project Veritas.

Had Trump even so much as asked, I am confident that O’Keefe could have delivered the heads of Mueller and the entire band of scammers, prepped and pretty.

11B-Mailclerk

It quickly went from “no fraud” to “well, not enough fraud”.

Soon we will hear “well, ok, fraud, but it is too late to change the outcome and we need to move on…”

ninja

This NEVER gets old…

“The Dead People Who Voted In the Election”

Hondo knows all about what took place in the Senate Election in Texas in 1948…

Right, Hondo?

Can I please say “Box 13?” “Silver Star LBJ”?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1948_United_States_Senate_election_in_Texas

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1948_United_States_Senate_election_in_Texas

Hondo

Yep.

But 1948 Democratic Senate Primary was merely the most famous case. It was only one of many elections wherein the “Duke of Duval” – AKA George Berham Parr – delivered literally thousands to tens of thousands of fraudulent votes for whomever convinced him to do so.

LBJ found out that the hard way in 1941 – when he lost a special election for the Senate to Pappy O’Daniel by less than 1/4 of 1% due to fraud that went against him. How? LBJ got overconfident, and allowed his people to announce their vote totals too soon. O’Daniel’s people then knew precisely how many fraudulent votes they needed to manufacture in order to win – and they did so.

LBJ never let that happen again.

I’m personally convinced that it happened again in 1960, too. And not only in Texas.

ninja

“I personally convinced that it happened again in 1960, too. And not only in Texas.”

Yep. We know EXACTLY what you are talking about, Hondo, because the ninja family has been convinced been FOR YEARS about someone’s Daddy buying him votes in 1960 to “win” an election…

UpNorth

My father in law said the same thing, ninja, and he had pics of the three brothers in his home.
That was the first election in Illinois history where the voting dead outnumbered the voting living.

I just want to know where to send my kids to the PBS re-education camp.

Devtun

Small potatoes. Good for Texas though.

Sapper3307

Will she talk , or will a 6K a hour lawyer walk thru the door and save her (for free)?

Stacy0311

TBH, she’s just following in LBJ’s footsteps with his Box 13. Democrat election fraud has a long history in Texas (and Minnesota and Arizona) what with all of those mysterious found ballots.

And for every instance that they find, how many aren’t found?

C2Show

Because you found one, this means you will find many in the haystack?

Problem with all this is simple, when tin foil nuts accused Trump of rigging ballots against Hilary. You guys were all for mocking that arena.

But now Trump is on losing end and you guy are acting as if this is the first time this has happened? Wake up…apparently it’s a part of US political landscape.

You guys were all about mocking hillary for her lost. But when it happens to your favorites…not so much fun. Shocking to see the hypocritical behaviour. Cant move on, sure as hell gotta stick to this fraud claim as if it makes any difference.

I dont know, maybe because I’m loyal to my government no matter what changes…stuff like this continues to embarass nation on n international level. Bravo!

UpNorth

I was always loyal to the Constitution, not to the government so much. Why do you pledge fealty to the government?

OWB

Really? Move on?? How exactly does that work in your world?

Pardon me as I celebrate the prosecution of crime. Yes, any crime. Vote fraud is particularly important to me simply because it is one of the most precious commodities we have. Why should I care who did it, how many ways, and who the intended beneficiary might be?

Why should I care if there was enough to change the results? Actually, I don’t, but without a thorough investigation none of us will ever know. What I want is for every bit of fraud to be exposed and the criminals who perpetrated the fraud prosecuted. That isn’t an unrealistic expectation.

Anonymous

Nothing to see here. Those “insurrectionists” are sore losers. Never mind Democrats were obvious– only “racists” noticed them.
