Former Army specialist faces 10 years to life for rapes of 13-year-old girl

| October 30, 2020

Jeff LPH 3 sent in this article. I’m sure I speak for everyone here when I say that 10 years is far too little for this guy.

A former Fort Benning, Ga., soldier faces a minimum of 10 years, and possibly life, in prison for taking a 13-year-old runaway girl from Florida to his barracks room, where over a six-day period in May and June, he repeatedly raped her and took photographs and videos.

Former Spc. Samuel Ray Robinson, 23, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. U.S. District Judge Clay D. Land scheduled his sentencing hearing for Dec. 17.

Robinson faces a 10-year mandatory minimum sentence, and up to life in prison, in accordance with federal laws regarding sex crimes involving minors. There is no parole in the federal system.

He also faces a maximum fine of $250,000 and a maximum of supervised release for life, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Georgia.

Adios, MFer. There’s details about how this asshole trafficked a minor for the purposes of raping her and producing child porn. Read only if you want to lose a little more faith in humanity.

Bury him under the prison and let his name be forever forgotten.

You know, stupid shit goes on in the barracks when no one is checking them…

Others had to know. Did they get hammered? No way that he did this unnoticed. No way.

I would hate to have my name on that CQ/CQ Runner roster for any of those six days.

The company commander will likely be quietly transferred, the company first sergeant will tranfer to the staff office as a master sergeant and be allowed to retire, at least one CQ will get a company grade Article 15, and all the CQ Runners will get field grade Article 15’s.

The rest of the unit will receive 12 hours’ Power Point indoctrination for the next 12 Saturdays.

      It’s the Army way.

    • MI Ranger says:

I am not condoning his actions, but from the tone of the article it would appear the young lady was a willing participant. The term rape is used only because she is a minor.
I state this because the way barracks are managed these days, there is no inner hallway and CQ at the front desk who might have seen her. While the former SPC’s friends and work mates may have known she was there, it is doubtful the Unit would have had any idea. And unless some of them saw her, and she clearly looked under age I don’t see anyone else getting fried on this one.
I would question his motives, when he dropped her off at a nearby hotel after the week, but it does not sound like she was held against her will or forced to do anything. I would not be surprised if she had a key to his barracks and took some trips to the store for snacks while she hung out.
I see this one going down as 10 years for sex with a minor, transporting her across state lines, and the pornography. In fact if the kid is young enough he may get over on the rape charges, because he thought she was 15. He will definitely learn his lesson, but sounds like the young lady has a lot of problems (drug recovery, and Mom needs to find a way to help her work out those issues). Hopefully the former Soldier was not stupid enough to post anything online.

Troubled children would have fewer problems if pedos were typically made examples, say through crucifixion or impalement.

I recently watched some videos on youtube showing barracks accommodations; two person suites with private rooms and a shared kitchen. Pretty easy to entertain a female without anyone noticing. Even if someone else knew, they may not have known she was a minor. I would bet that this is not the first female who spent a night or two in someone’s room.

        • 11B-Mailclerk says:

They were not playing backgammon. Any idiot would smell the result.

She never moved? Used the toilet?

          No way.

          • timactual says:

As I mentioned, I suspect she was not the first female to spend the night in the private room of a male soldier. And I doubt that anyone checked IDs.

You know, the same kind of thing goes on in college dormitories. I never checked the ID of my suite-mate’s girlfriend. And I stayed out of the kitchen when they were using it.

I will admit that your nose must be way more sensitive than mine.

        “Was she hot?!?!”

        *runs*

OK OK!! I know I’m going to get torn up for that but someone else was thinking it.

If COURSE, I’m kidding and it’s completely inappropriate.

It’s sick and disgusting that someone took advantage of someone who was obviously of diminished mental capacity and also underdeveloped thinking ability….

That girl should have known better….

(**runs harder at the softball joke about an Army Specialist** …at least it wasn’t a Marine, then it would have been understandable….THAT’S IT YOU’RE GETTING REORTED, IT’S NOT FUNNY TO MAKE FUNNY JOKES ABOUT THIS!!! YOU’RE A BAD BAD BAD PERSON!! BAD!!!)

  4. OWB says:

6 days, and nobody noticed? Seriously???

How’s about 10 years for each day he detained her? Served consecutively, of course.

    • Green Thumb says:

      Yeah.

      Leadership failure.

    • timactual says:

Times have changed. Private rooms with locks, two people to a suite, no barracks inspections. Why would anybody notice? And even if they did, why would they make a fuss about it? Entertaining female guests in ones quarters has been known to happen even in the bad old days before the volunteer Army.

  5. Charles says:

I wonder why it was tried in the federal (civilian) district court, and not by court-martial. Did he manage to ETS or did someone chapter him out before the case broke?

  6. 2banana says:

If his name was Samuel Ray Biden…would there be a press black out and big tech defending the guy?

  7. Roh-Dog says:

Remover the PoS’s coin purse, drown him in a tank of turpentine.
    Problem solved, problem staying solved.

  8. Berliner says:

In prison, may he be looked upon by his fellow prisoners as if he were that 13 year old girl and treated accordingly.

  9. David says:

10 years is indeed too little. However, read the actual article – far from kidnapping and forcible rape, this was statutory rape of a willing accomplice. Wonder that punishment she should receive?

    • 26Limabeans says:

“she” is a minor. Let that sink in…..

    • Thunderstixx says:

A minor is unable to make that decision in America.
      As well they should be…..
I’m hoping they lock the Netflix execs up for their posting of an “Informational & educational” movie…..

    • OldManchu says:

I think 10 years is too much.

Frag his ass today and be done with it!

    • SFC D says:

It doesn’t matter if she was a willing participant or even instigated and encouraged the acts She’s 13, a minor, and legally unable to make that decision. Any punishment she receives is up to mommy and daddy.

  10. 26Limabeans says:

    “supervised release”

I volunteer to be the supervisor.
I can provide references and pass a background check.
    I just want to help.

  11. Wilted Willy says:

Any sick fuck that takes advantage of a child should be hung by his ball sack and then pour iodine in his sack, then turn lose a thousand fire ants on his dick and then sit back and watch the fun! I think 10 years of this treatment should cure him of any carnal thoughts?
    What do you guys think??

    • OldManchu says:

String him upright in an x-position and let military dog training take place on his hanging ball sack. Over and over until he dies from infection, bleeding out, or lack of water.

    Pain.

We can always hope that the FIRST 6 days and nights of being the boy toy of Bubba, Thor, Julio, and Mr. “Ouch” Tiny will be his life sentence. Let his last meal be a multitude of cockmeat sammiches filled with man mayo and an appetizer of cream of sum yung guy soup.

Then put him to bed…on a fire ant bed. Buzzards got to eat…same as worms.

  15. AW1 Rod says:

I’d opt for the ancient Roman torture of sewing him into a donkey.

  16. xyzzy says:

Feed the fucker to the gators. That’s how we take care of kid touchers here in Florida.

  19. Blaster says:

As if “hooking up” with a 13yo girl isn’t bad enough,,,sneak her into the barracks for a week,,,, then take pictures and videos of the shenanigans!!!That’s a whole next level of stupid.

Now,, not defending this POS in any way, but young girls are a whole lot more “worldly” at a lot younger age than when I was coming up. That in no way excuses this Jack-wagon. You better know what your getting into!
