That soft “pop pop pop” sound you hear in the background isn’t entrepreneurial types preparing popcorn to sell at the swearing in ceremony.

It’s liberal heads going “pop”. (smile)

    • Skippy says:

And planning there move to stack the federal courts… I posted a link from here onto a few pages about Da Nang Dick today.
I’m stunned how many likes and how clueless
People are about he being a phony LMAO !!!

    • NHSparky says:

Twitter is losing their collective shit.

      Good.

  2. 5th/77th FA says:

Repeat my comment from the Trumps Chumps Thread comment. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DASHITLERBITCH!!! Another Justice that you DIDN’T get to appoint. Wonder how much sh^ t she has thrown around the room in the last few minutes? Gotta feel sorry for the Secret Service Troops that are on her detail. I guess SecTres is in overall command of them? You reckon being an agent assigned to that detail would be the equal to the old “Thule” Greenland AFB assignment from the days of old? Meted out as a punishment or in lieu of UCMJ Action?

Congratulations to Judge Amy. May you have a long and distinguished career protecting the Freedoms of the American People and their Constitution. There is a God and He has just Blessed us.

    • 26Limabeans says:

“There is a God and He has just Blessed us”

I’ll bet the Pope is pissed.

    • EODJay says:

I have been on VIP missions for her when she was FLOTUS. She is by far worse than you could ever imagine any person could be. That is one nasty “lady”.

      • A Proud Infidel®™ says:

I have a friend from my high school days that MIGHT use a foul four letter cuss word once or twice in a bad year. He once saw Das Hildebeast in person off camera and said “She’s the most evil damn bitch in Creation!”, that she could walk into a packed stadium and you could feel her presence, she’s that venomous and acidic.

  3. Graybeard says:

    Meltdowns to commence now.

  4. 11B-Mailclerk says:

Busy night for the waaaaaaaaaambulance service

  5. Anonymous says:

    Hell yeah!!

  6. Poetrooper says:

    Happy birthday, Hillary!

Hope you like your present. You’ll be able to enjoy it every…single…day…until you check out. Then your daughter and all her liberal pals long after that.

All because YOU were were such a wretched person and an absolutely DEPLORABLE candidate.

Have another glass of vino, Hil–I sure am…

    🎉🥳🎉🥳 🎉🥳 🎉🥳 🎉

  7. Ex-PH2 says:

Well, now, there really is some good in this world….

  8. Andy11M says:

And the libs are already screaming to expand the SCOTUS to 12-13 seats. Hmmm, last person to try that was FDR, why am I not surprised.
It failed last time, it will fail again.

    • SFC D says:

But that’s not court packing. At least that’s what they say.

    • Poetrooper says:

Yeah well, maybe those doing all the mouthing off about expanding the court should be thinking about the wisdom of that if Trump wins.

      Oops…

      • Commissar says:

Trump is not going to win.

Republicans have only won the popular vote once in the last 30 years.

They squeezed out a few wins without the support of the public due to a few thousand vote margins and their electoral college advantage.

An advantage they may not have anymore moving forward. Especially as some more states turn blue.

        • A Proud Infidel®™️ says:

BITCH, PLEASE! If it weren’t for the Electoral College, the likes of NYC, LA, Chicongo and the major cities would decide elections just like Chicago does for IL, NYC does for the whole State and many others. Just look at the las Electoral Map and you’ll see why it exists and I look forward to you going batshit over President Trump getting re-elected. President Trump has doubleheader rock concert-sized crowds everywhere he appears versus Biden who can’t even halfway fill even a small high school gym or cafeteria and has gone back to his basement until Election Day!

          • Deckie says:

Hah! I was gonna say, *someone* forgot what the Electoral College is for… but we all know those wee little states in flyover country don’t matter for shit to lefties..

        • Sarge says:

The electoral college is there for a reason…same reason as the senate and house have different manning amounts of people per state.

        • Hack Stone says:

Come back next week and talk about who wins, Lars. Hack is not saying that President Trump will win, but the last go around the “polls” called for Hillary to trash him, and that did not go as expected.

Hack is trying to figure out why you keep talking about the popular vote, when the Presidential election is based on the electoral college. Hillary knew that going in, and she was confident that she sweep the election. She should have worked harder on securing the Deplorables votes.

          • Penguinman000 says:

It’ll be interesting to see what happens to the dem vote after all the limo liberals have fled from NYC and the like. It could dilute their vote more than the party expects since they aren’t moving to the same locales.

        • 26Limabeans says:

The guy drew a crowd of thousands to a small Maine apple orchard
on a few hours notice. And that was southern Maine.
Up heah in the County there are Trump signs everywhere. Yuge ones.
Maybe half a dozen Biden signs coupled with Dump Trump signs.
But the massive amount of Trump signs is something to behold.
Have not seen anything like this evah.

I will however toss you a cookie…Collins is burned toast.
          Jelly side down.

        • Jay says:

I constantly have this conversation with people (usually children). Hillary did not win the popular vote. Hillary won CALIFORNIA. Let’s get that straight. Hillary won California by 4.26 million votes. She won the national popular vote by 2.8 million. Drop California from the equation and the President won the popular vote by almost 1.5 million.

This isn’t high school, we aren’t electing student body President based off a popular vote. As much as you don’t want to believe it, the founding fathers knew EXACTLY what they were doing when they set the E.C. up. You may not like it, but you gotta accept it…..or you could just MOVE.

        • 11B-Mailclerk says:

Trump won the only vote taken, and the only one that matters. And he is very much likely to do so again.

Are you one of those nincompoops that claim the Cubs didnt actually win the World Series because they didn’t outscore their opponent in total runs? No? Then why similar nincompoop comments about imaginary alternate-reality elections that never happened?

Oh, right. You make shit up.

  9. A Proud Infidel®™️ says:

Wham-bam-BOOM, happy birthday to Das Hildebeast! I look forward to enjoying some 200 Proof Schadenfreude while hearing liberals screeching and screaming!

  10. Commissar says:

Don’t say I didn’t warn you. The Republican Party just became the dog thought caught the car.

Soon to be political road kill.

Nothing good is going to come of this.

There was a time when the best way to get onto the court was a lifetime of moderate and non-partisan rulings.

Now we have yet another Republican operative and former RNC lawyer, vetted for partisan ideological purity stacked onto the court.

The court has become an entirely partisan body.

Republican have only won the national popular vote in an election once in the last 30 years.

And their support has been waning,

It only takes two former red states going blue for them to lose their untenable grasp on the electoral college and the senate.

We can expect to see at least two this election.

The ruling of a now entirely partisan 6-3 conservative court packed with former RNC operatives is going to create a deep resentment for the Republican Party and the court over the next 10 years.

    • A Proud Infidel®™️ says:

Hey Major Moonbat, RBG was a lifelong rabid prog herself, remember that she worked for the ACLU?

    • The Dead Man says:

Your grasp on reality is about as tight as my grasp on theoretical nuclear physics parsed through Swahili you barking loon.

And this is coming from someone who has questions about her appointment. Incidentally, from some of RBG’s rulings, her grasp on the constitution and the intent of the founding fathers about matches your grip on reality and my aforementioned grip on google translated theoretical physics.

    • QMC says:

      Sotomayor and Kagan say hello.

    • Andy11M says:

And this all could have been avoided if the dingbat had just stepped down during Obamas term when her health was shit. But like so many other Federal judges you couldn’t get her off the bench with a bangalore torpedo.

    • 11B-Mailclerk says:

It is really weird when a person who swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution, objects to Supreme Court Justices who follow the written Constitution.

    • 11B-Mailclerk says:

Oh, and again, my thanks for your tireless efforts on behalf of re-electing Trump.

    • 5JC says:

You are nuts. I’m not sure what fantasy time you are writing about. There has never been a time when nonpartisan moderate judges were selected for the SCOTUS. Sometimes the president screwed up (that liar Justice Stevens) but they never picked someone out of concern of them being a moderate, unless they were moderates themselves.

Sometimes when the opposition party held the Senate in strength they would send a more centrist appearing judge. But that was just to get them through.

This crazy idea that people have these days that we are somehow more divided, more racist, more partisan as a people these days as opposed to the past is telling about people and shows complete ignorance, lack of education and most oftentimes willfully obtuse rhetoric. I mean I hate to call people stupid, but there you have it.

      • 5JC says:

Oh and congrats to Barrett, IMO she should have been appointed last time.

Trump made good on another promise of appointing good judges. He may lose the election but he has kept word and his actual record is pretty solid.

      • Mason says:

On the topic of division we once had a sitting vice president shoot and kill the secretary of the treasury in a duel. Not much more divisive than that!

    • Anonymous says:

Following the as-written law is “partisan,” eh?

    • FuzeVT says:

      So what happens when. . . .

-There is far left progressive on court:
Cases are decided on how that person personally feels about that thing politically. (e.g. gay marriage, abortion being a “right”)

-There is an extreme right conservative on the court:
The Constitution gets followed. (E.g. flag burning being found to be a right of self expression under the 1st Amendment regardless of how distasteful.)

►9 leftists would mean no conservative law would be found Constitutional again.

►9 conservatives would mean all laws (even silly lefty ones) in concert with the Constitution would be found Constitutional.

    • OldManchu says:

Were you masturbating when you wrote all this?

      • ChipNASA says:

        Mother-FUCKER!!!!
        Good thing I wasn’t drinking.
Fucking OldManchu I laughed so hard I almost coughed up a non COVID-19 lung.
        Jesus, warn a guy, huh?!?!?!?

    • The Other Whitey says:

That’s a lot of bullshit trying to cover the standard anti-Catholic bigotry of the modern left, Lars. The alarmist propaganda your side squeals about Barrett is so absurd it’s almost funny. It even sounds an awful lot like the crap that fueled antisemitic pogroms in eastern Europe in days past.

None of it is true, nor is it based on anything she has actually said or done. But your side is running hard with it anyway. And for the sweetest irony, the answers she’s given that you hate the most are the ones that mirror what your idol Ginsburg gave at her confirmation hearing. Double standard much?

The attempted “gotcha” questions by dem senators were idiotic, and her answers made it clear that she is substantially smarter than they are. Example:
Q: “Are you going to rule against the Right to Privacy?”
A: “That’s a ridiculous question, because the only way that would be in front of me in the first place is if you passed a law curtailing that right. Are you planning on doing that?”

And why should Republicans regret anything? Polls done since the hearings showed 52% of Americans support her confirmation, only 27% oppose it, and the rest don’t care. If SCOTUS was determined by national popular vote, it would be no contest. If anything, this unconstitutional and unpopular court-packing horseshit is probably going to cost the D(ouche)s dearly.

We’ll just see who comes out on top of the election. Your smug predictions have been so consistently wrong that my confidence is now renewed.

Oh, and as always, Lars, fuck off. You’re an asshole, an idiot with delusions of genius, and a pathetic little needle-dick cocksucker with a pathological need to prove yourself superior to everyone else. Go back to Berkeley; the psych department should study you.

      • KoB says:

Damn TOW, no need to be so shy and reserved, tell us how you really feel about the spapos. You’re among friends here.

Talk about your Time on Target Fire Mission? BDA 100%! Seagull feathers and major moonbat bling scattered all about.

    • Carlton G Long says:

I remember Okrah’s sex slave Gayle once showing the RNC Chairman (Priebus) a tombstone representing the Republican Party.

      • A Proud Infidel®™ says:

After he got reelected I distinctly remember lefties like B. Hussein 0bama telling us Conservatives to “get in the back of the bus” while many a leftist media moonbat brayed that Conservatism was dead and buried!

  11. Commissar says:

    Ginsburg was a moderate.

Even according to republicans at the time. Look it up.

It shows how far right you asshats have gone.

Also, the ACLU is non-partisan. You think it is because your party has moved against civil rights.

ACLU fights for gun rights, property rights, and the constitutional and civil rights of all citizens,

You all have gone full crackpot. So you think defending citizen rights against the government is a “liberal” agenda.

    • A Proud Infidel®™️ says:

Ginsburg was a moderate like you’re a Conservative!

      • Commissar says:

Dude, prior to Barrett, republicans had appointed 14 of the last 18 justices.

And you all still whined about how “liberal” the court was.

Apparently even a 240+ year old constitution is too liberal for you all. .

Now you have appointed 15 out of 19.

So maybe shut the fuck up about how “liberal” you think the court is?

Ginsburg was a moderate. You all just shifted so damn right wing that you left even a 80 year old moderate behind as “too liberal”.

        • Sarge says:

Someone living in your head, rent free?

          • A Proud Infidel®™️ says:

He once ranted that he was hell-bent wanting to fight me. I see his rants as a sample of meltdowns we’ll see from lefties all over the place!

        • Hondo says:

Dude, prior to Barrett, republicans had appointed 14 of the last 18 justices.

And from 1933 to 1952, presidents from the Democratic party appointed 12 consecutive SCOTUS justices. From 1933 to 1968, Democrats appointed 17 of 22 SCOTUS justices.

          https://www.oyez.org/justices

See, Commissar – other people can “cherry-pick” data too.

        • A Proud Infidel®™ says:

Your babble makes more sense in “Chef-Speak”:
“Duode-a, priur tu Berrett, repuobleecuons hed ippuinted 14 ouff zee-a lest 18 juostices. Und yuou ill still vheened ibuout huo “leeberel” zee-a cuourt ves. • SFC D says:

The ACLU may be non-partisan, but it is by no means neutral. And what you call “moved against civil rights” would be more accurately called “leveling the playing field”. You and your people want equal results, we want equal opportunity. The results are up to the individual. You’re a fraud.

      • Commissar says:

Nobody is talking about “equal results.“

        That is bullshit.

The only thing that has ever been on the table is equal opportunities.

        And you all oppose that.

        • A Proud Infidel®™️ says:

We’re for equal opportunity while you and your ilk perpetually demand equal outcome regardless of the effort one puts forth to succeed!

          • Hondo says:

More precisely, Commissar and his ilk espouse “economic equality”, regardless of effort or individual ability. Or, stated another way: they support, “From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.”

In plain terms, they support unconditional income redistribution from those who earn to those who do not.

            • SFC D says:

“From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.”

Now why does that sound familiar?

            • The Other Whitey says:

That makes sense. Lars has no abilities, but he has a long list of needs.

              • A Proud Infidel®™ says:

I don’t see Major Moonbat ever having any kind of real job in the private sector, my bet is that he’ll just be some bitter Government bureaucrat in some cubicle stewing while hating himself and life.

        • SFC D says:

Conservatives want everyone equal at the starting line, and an equal chance at success that’s based on what the individual puts into achieving it. You and your progressive liberal zombie friends want equality at the finish line, and for the successful to pay for it. I say fuck off, good sir!

    • rgr769 says:

Ginsburg was a moderate and the ACLU fights for gun rights. You truly are delusional. What do they call the parallel planet earth where your mind resides?

    • 5JC says:

The ACLU was founded and is run by Socialists. They opposed the Heller ruling and see gun rights as “collective”. Thanks but no thanks, they can stay out of our gun cases altogether. They try to poison every gun case they come across.

RBG was far left. Change my mind if you think otherwise. Show 3 moderate stances she held. You can’t.

      • Hondo says:

Correct. In spite of the SCOTUS decisions in Heller v. DC and McDonald v. Chicago, the ACLU contends that those cases were “wrongly decided”. They further hold that the US Constitution provides no individual right to firearms ownership and that states can impose “reasonable restrictions” on the right to “keep and bear arms” guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment.

        https://www.aclu.org/other/second-amendment

    • Combat Historian says:

      “ACLU fights for gun rights”…

Lars is losing whatever grip he has to our Universe. The ACLU deliberately and consistently fights AGAINST the Second Amendment and right to bear arms, and it boasts about that publicly. Get a grip, Lars…

      • Anonymous says:

        ACLU fights for Leftism today…

      • rgr769 says:

The ACLU was specifically founded to provide lawyers to defend Communists from criminal charges. But it’s founder decided it needed to pretend it cared about the constitutional rights of others as cover.

    • Penguinman000 says:

The ACLU supports banning assault weapons, high capacity magazines and red flag laws. How does that fit advocating for the 2nd amendment?

      https://www.aclu.org/blog/civil-liberties/mobilization/aclus-position-gun-control

Meanwhile, the ACLU defends organizations like NAMBLA. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.wired.com/2000/08/aclu-to-defend-pedophile-group/amp

Lies spewed forty yet again. Or perhaps you failed to read beyond the first paragraph.

You are a clear example of why the founding fathers saw a need for the electoral college.

    • QMC says:

      “RGB. The moderate Justice.”

      • FuzeVT says:

And that’s why the left loved her so much? If she was as Moderate as our Communist Political Officer says, they wouldn’t have made dolls and votive candles to her.

    • OldManchu says:

All RGB had to do was retire and let Obama replace her. But her Supreme Arrogance decided to retire under the first woman president. Oops!

RGB was as certain on Hillary being elected as you are of Biden.

      • The Other Whitey says:

        Damn, truth hurts!

        • rgr769 says:

Progs hate truth and reality, especially when it conflicts with their plans for absolute power over people. Remember “ in every Progressive there is a totalitarian screaming to get out.”

    • Forrest Bondurant says:

      Ginsburg was a moderate?

She might have been considered a moderate in 1993 – but afterwards, not so much?

(And yes, dickhead. I looked it up.)

  12. Sarge says:

Note – Our Commanders and Chiefs have given our building the riot act about politics several times.

I live in base housing so I am not worried about overprivileged moonbats burning and looting.

Just the same, I got my nail studded baseball bat and tire iron shank ready for anything.

Philly going to shit tonight because some cop shot a guy with a knife who charged him.

    • Forrest Bondurant says:

BTW, Sarge… I recommend you wrap that nail studded baseball bat with barbed wire.

The sight of that ought to make an Antifa-esque fuckwit run screaming into the night.

      (Just a suggestion.)

      • Sarge says:

I might hook a few 9v batteries to it as well.

Could also break open some glowsticks and drip the sauce on it to create a “lightsaber of eternal pain”.

Should also note that while Hawaii is super liberal (Crazy Mazie), Antifa is not present at the moment.

  13. Poetrooper says:

Asshats? The only folks sporting asshats at this point in time are the likes of you and your delusional, deranged basement buddies. Asshats festooned with socialist bling, worn by asshats like you who portray themselves as heroic for carrying band-aids and pricey bottled-water for deranged Antifa pricks who may nick themselves while smashing the windows of honest businessmen.

Much to your disappointment, Lars, when all the cases arising out of your current criminal outrages filter up through the system to the Supreme Court, you’re going to get a FAIR, constitutionally-based hearing, not the left-biased white-washing you were counting on with the addition to the court of a Biden (actually Harris) appointee.

And guess what Lars? Some of your worthless asses are going to end up banking some serious hard time where band-aids and bottled water won’t buy much dispensation from the predators you champion.

The very worst enemy of leftist ideology is reality, Lars, real, actual life, led by real human beings looking to better themselves and their progeny. That’s going to be a hard lesson for you and your brethren. Those prison predators are all about reality–hard, very hard, reality.

But then reality always is hard for those on the far left who haven’t an inkling of the concept of lessons learned, with which you, as a military officer in a combat theater, should be intimately familiar.

  14. 26Limabeans says:

Thank you Harry Reid and Chuck Schumer.
You were warned about doing away with the filibuster.
Turns out Mitch the turtle is a snapping turtle.

Oh, and bye bye Susan Collins. Not happy about her losing to
a Democrat but she let Liberalism spread to Northern Maine.
She is another John McCain. We will be fine without her.

    • A Proud Infidel®™ says:

“Oh, and bye bye Susan Collins. Not happy about her losing to
a Democrat but she let Liberalism spread to Northern Maine.
She is another John McCain. We will be fine without her.”

I say the same about Jeff [the] Flake and “Mittens” Romney.

  15. Hack Stone says:

Now that President Donald Trump has successfully had a Supreme Court Justice appointed this close to an election, it is no longer “unprecedented”.

And for those on the left upset about this, in case you did not know, the President serves for four years. You can even look it up if you don’t believe Hack. Someone once said “Elections have consequences.”

  16. 26Limabeans says:

I would like thank Ruth Ginsberg for doing the right thing.

    • 5JC says:

I said 2 years ago she was only leaving in the meat wagon or a change of party in the WH. She held on for as long as she could. She was a fighter till the end.

  17. Sapper3307 says:

    “RErRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEE!”
    Lars 2020

    • Sarge says:

      I’m sorry Sapper…did you say:

      “RErRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEE!”
      Lars 2020

      Asking for a friend

      • Jay says:

        Hold on, Hold on!!

I’m transcribing this for posterity and want to properly cite the source.

        “RErRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEE!” (Lars, 2020, TAH)

        That look good?

  18. Deckie says:

Weren’t they screeching that this was all illegitimate while pushing some bullshit narrative that RBG’s last words were to hold off on filling her seat until a new election?

Yah… that totally doesn’t sound like bullshit to me. Not. At. All. Totally more legitimate that way.

    • SFC D says:

Ruth was absolutely for filling supreme court vacancies as quickly as possible. Right up until Trump was elected and the it was the seat she was occupying that was in question. Shades of John “Heinz” Kerry.

      • Deckie says:

Either way them screeching about illegitimacy of this appointment while pushing her supposed dying last words/wishes is simply outrageous.

That they can do it with a straight face is almost Oscar worthy.

    • Hack Stone says:

Pretty sure that she wanted her seat left vacant until “a new President is sworn in”. So, if Donald Trump is re-elected, the seat would be vacant until January 2025?

    • OWB says:

Wonder if they will argue as loudly that RBG stated that 9 Justices was the right number for the court?

      Yeah. Me neither.

  19. Ex-PH2 says:

Frankly, it will not surprise me to find rumors of trying to get her impeached because she “isn’t the one they wanted”. Stranger things have happened.

Did you guys know there were a couple of fist fights on the floor of the Senate? I think it was the Senate. It was a while back.

  20. Devtun says:

Yep. It sucks when a plan doesn’t come together. RBG’s gamble that a President Hillary Clinton would pick her successor was a huge a$$ mistake.

Poor thing! Her blood pressure must be sky-high.

Maybe HER mother should have flushed HER down the commode.

    • MarineDad61 says:

      Ironic, that Democrats (and SNL)
were LAUGHING about this, from 2015 to 2018.
(1 of 5 of these SNL Ginsberg skits).

      I doubt there will be a 6th.
Check the CALENDARS half way through this bit.

      You HAVBE to see this…..

3 Liberal Screaming women and a howler monkey.

      It’s piss-your-pants funny

  21. tshe says:

Hate to say this but I’ll throw this out:

What if they just imposed some rule that the court can only be 5-4 as far as Liberal-Conservative or vice versa? Or that every other time the judge appointed must be alternated?

May avoid the bickering except it may erupt over someone labeled as one or the other really a candy coated label.

    • rgr769 says:

That is an absurd idea, and unworkable as a rule for an appellate court. What Progs fail to understand is that judges are not supposed to make policy determinations. They are supposed to apply established law to the facts of specific cases.

      • Deckie says:

I hear now Biden says he is open to “rotating justices” on the SCOTUS.

        Face palm.

        • rgr769 says:

Where does he think they are going to “rotate” to? I’ll bet he would like to rotate Judge Sullivan to the Supremes, since he is such a reliable swamp rat.

    • Mason says:

There are also many examples of judges picked as being on one side who completely change their beliefs once seated. Also those, like Roberts now, who switch sides more and more 15 years into their tenure.

  23. Jay says:

RBG’s gamble to hold on, anticipating a Hillary win, and the continue to hold on trying to outlast President Trump SEVERELY backfired….

Even more left heads are gonna explode if Stephen Breyer (82) passes or decides to step down if (when) the President wins reeelection.

    • A Proud Infidel®™ says:

If he gets reelected and Breyer either steps down or passes, I predict that the leftie pols will be screeching for THEM to pick his replacement!
