Nine charged with trespassing at home of armed St Louis couple see charges dismissed

| September 30, 2020

Remember that St Louis couple who brandished a scary black AR-15 and Walther pistol against a violent mob of trespassers onto their property? The two that were charged with felony assault for defending their property? Well, they’re back in the news. Sort of.

The same prosecutor, Kim Gardner (being backed in her re-election bid with big Soros-Bucks), has now declined to pursue trespassing charges on nine people that were cited earlier this month.

‘After consideration of all factors, the city counselor determined that prosecution is not warranted against these particular individuals’

Right. The mob that broke down the gate to the community to go to the mayor’s house in “protest” is totally without sin here.

Thanks to the KoB for the tip off to this story. More at the source.

I bet if they did the same thing at Kim Gardner’s house, she’d have them thrown under the prison for the maximum sentence possible.

No surprise unfortunately.

It’s crazy out there. Jabberwocky.

you are on your own in blue cities.

The police won’t enforce laws against the mostly peaceful rioters.

And if any of them are arrested…charges will be dropped.

But if you defend yourself, you will be viciously prosecuted, bankrupted and destroyed.

Y’all pissed off yet? Burn Loot Murder can well…Burn Loot Murder AND Intimidate, trespass, and destroy with NO fear of prosecution. And it’s not just “Whitey” that has no protection of the law. Wonder when this prosecutor is going to move forward on the murderers of the retired Captain of Police that was killed defending property? Yeah, I thought so.

This is no longer about (and probably never was) a drugged up street thug that got himself killed by his own stupidity surrounded by cops that weren’t thinking very clearly.

Laws are only for getting evil RethugliKKKans, not “mostly peaceful” rioters, I see…

USMC Steve

I haven’t seen anything on the two erstwhile “gunslingers” for a while.

Anyone heard any updates on their situation?

Charge quietly dropped on her count after the crime lab had to re-assemble her piece so it would function… now they’re just jointly charged on his count.

On a completely different topic that has NOT A THING to do with the OP:
Grazing fire is approximately parallel to the ground where the center of the cone of fire does not rise above one meter from the ground.”Grazing fire is often performed by machine guns. It is tactically advantageous when attempting to cut off an infantry ground assault or counter-attack.

Grazing fire is when the cone of fire does not exceed 1.8 meters (the average height of a man) above the ground. When each bullet is fired, it will leave the barrel of the weapon at the axis of bore set from the angle of sight desired to strike the target area. The trajectory of the round should be constant as well as maximum ordinate. Maximum ordinate is the highest point of the trajectory, which is usually 2/3 the distance to the target from the weapon. —Wiki

Use OCOKA analysis, hasty and deliberate obstacles to channel, cover dead space with preplotted fire missions and indirect fires, also if you know anyone that has an Apache or A10 at home: make friends.

Well, you have to be more specific when you say machine gunz. I remember this one time, back in Fort Lewis, when I laughed my ass for a week after seeing an E5 SGT team leader order his M249 SAW gunner during training to use grazing fire to stop a simulated enemy assault on their position. He gave his gunner a target reference point to aim 600m away.

You can’t use grazing fire with 5.56. Well, technically you can if the lane you are grazing is only about 170m long, which is the max ord for an M249.

But 600m grazing fire is for the M240, who fires 7.62x51mm with its max ord at about 600m, after which the rounds start to drop.

This also reminds me of the retards that put an M145 gunsight on an M249. The M145’s reticule is designed for 7.62x51mm, not 5.56x45mm. This means that if you zero the M249 with the M145 gunsight in a 10m range the rounds will not hit the target as you range estimate using the gunsight. You gonna miss your target.

Switch to plunging fire!

Get you a good and solid beaten zone a goin’!

KoB

Or you could just drop back 50 and call for arty. Nothing like a rolling barrage to give you a good “beaten zone!”
