Virginia Police report a rape suspect released from jail due to the coronavirus pandemic went on to kill the woman who had both accused him and testified against him.

Ibrahim E. Bouaichi was tracked down by authorities, but he had shot himself and was listed in grave condition.

Bouaichi was indicted last year on charges including abduction, strangulation, and rape. He was jailed without bond in Alexandria.

The woman testified against him in Alexandria District Court in December.

A Virginia rape suspect, who was released from jail because of concerns regarding the new coronavirus, went on to kill the woman who had accused him, according to police.

The Washington Post was first to report that Ibrahim E. Bouaichi shot and killed the woman in late July, after he was released April 9, according to the newspaper and Alexandria police.

Bouaichi was indicted last year on charges that included abduction, strangulation and rape. The woman, whom police identified as Karla Elizabeth Dominguez Gonzalez, testified against him in Alexandria District Court in December.

He was jailed without bond in Alexandria – until the pandemic hit. Bouaichi’s lawyers argued that he should be freed awaiting trial because the virus endangered inmates and their attorneys. He was released on a $25,000 bond over the objections of a prosecutor.

Circuit Court Judge Nolan Dawkins released Bouaichi on the condition that he only leave his Maryland home to meet with his lawyers or pretrial services officials.

He is accused of killing Gonzalez on July 29.

On Tuesday, police published a statement stating they were looking for Bouaichi, whom they described as armed and dangerous.

Authorities said Wednesday that federal marshals and Alexandria police spotted and pursued Bouaichi in Prince George’s County, where he crashed his vehicle and apparently shot himself. As of Thursday, he was in grave condition.

More’s the pity.
Well played Virginia- releasing a violent sex offender into the unaware populace where he is able to both arm himself and kill his accuser is a master stroke of idiocy. I don’t suppose she was warned of these actions, either. But we’ll never really know now, will we?

Virginia is definitely in the running against New York, New Jersey, and Marxichusetts as the premier leftist shithole destination in the eastern U.S. Racist Ralphie and his Marxist minions doing a bang-up job down there…

    • Hondo says:

Not all of Virginia is hopeless. Unfortunately, the metro areas of Richmond/Petersburg and Norfolk/Portsmouth/Virginia Beach/Hampton/Suffolk, along with much of NoVA within about 50 miles of DC, are pretty much hopeless.

This bastard was apparently released in Alexandria – which is in NoVA immediately across the Potomac from the southmost part of DC.

      • Combat Historian says:

Upstate New York and western rural Marxichusetts are also conservative bastions, but are overwhelmed by the leftist shitholes of greater NYC and Greater Boston megalopolis, and unfortunately the same predicament has overtaken Virginia; the leftist loons outnumber the normies. For every conservative residing in rural Virginia, there is 1.3 to 1.5 liberal/leftist inhabiting NoVa, Richmond, or Tidewater…

  2. Carlton G Long says:

The judge who released him conveniently retired in June.

  3. OWB says:

Disgusting. The reason we have jails and prisons is to keep this sort of alleged human away from the rest of us.

  4. KoB says:

Saw this on another news feed the other night. Almost threw this laptop across the room. Figured one of the usual suspects would post it up and get us ALL pissed off.

These POSes have already broken the laws of the land; what makes these damn judges think they are going to obey any restrictions the judge imposes? Here’s you a novel approach there judge. You want to give some dirtbag house arrest? Let them stay arrested at YOUR house.

Wonder how long it will be before the Father of the raped and murdered young lady is arrested for assault/murder of the judge?

    • Hondo says:

If that happens, can I volunteer for jury duty? I’ll even waive entitlement to jury pay and cover my own travel expenses and meals.

      • KoB says:

I’ll swing by and pick you up Hondo, we’ll take my ride. Late model Ford Flex, roomy, rides real smooth, and has a killer sound system. Plus I know a number of down home eating places between here and there.

    • OWB says:

Suspect that there would be a veritable convoy of TaH volunteers for that duty. Somebody make reservations somewhere ’cause we gonna need a bunch of rooms.

  5. Anonymous says:

Well, the Democrat authorities needed to free space for the NRA and all those evil “racist” Trump-voting AR-15 owners… for “social justice,” comrade!

  6. A Proud Infidel®™️ says:

Well GEE WHIZ, if the damned masks work like the experts say, then why aren’t they issued to inmates, it’s quite obvious that releasing those vermin only increases the crime rate, but I’m sure that the left wants that so they can blame President Trump for another one of their failures!

  7. Ret_25X says:

Imagine a world in which a judge, the lawyers, and the politicos are more concerned about the well being of the law abiding tax payers than the comfort of a POS rapist or murderer.

I guess Singapore is about the last place on earth that doesn’t put up with crime and criminals.

  8. Jarhead says:

Please send me his address where I can send him a “Get Worse” card asking him to die a slow painful death while a proctologist uses a magic piece of cactus to examine him deeply every day. Too bad it was not the judge’s daughter than had been killed. IF he was requiring blood transplants during his hospital stay, and I was his orderly, I would fill his I. V. tubes with stool samples just to hear him say, “There’s something shitty about this blood you are giving me!” To which I’d reply, “Don’t worry about it bitch, you ain’t gonna be around long anyway! Meanwhile, let me give you one of these Guillain-Barre Syndrome pills which can only be taken anally. Now roll over mfckr, it takes a Louisville Slugger to ram it in effectively.” Now say, “Thank you Doctor Jarhead.”

  9. The Other Whitey says:

Well, that worked out just swimmingly, didn’t it? /sarc

To all those waving your “ABOLISH POLICE” signs, the crazy-eyed dumb bitch in Congress, the brother-fucking dumb bitch in Congress, etc.: this is a taste of what will happen without cops.

    • 11B-Mailclerk says:

Are you assuming this is an unintended consequence? It’s not.

More misery to raise footsoldiers for the Revolution, and eliminate the bourgeois. The “oppressed” can do no wrong to the “oppressor”.

      Feature, not bug.

Yup. They mean it. Thus the 100 million + dead, and counting.

That’s not the only thing Virginia is doing…

A story published in June 2020:

“Man Convicted Of Killing Virginia Police Officer In 1979 Released On Parole”

“Vincent Martin Was Serving A Life Sentence For Killing Richmond Patrolman Michael P. Connors”

And the UPDATE (6 August 2020) reference to the story about the parolee and his release:

“Inspector General: Va. Parole Board Violated Law, Policies In Releasing Killer of Richmond Officer”

The Virginia Parole Board and its former chairperson violated state law and parole board policies in its decision to grant parole to Vincent Martin, who was sentenced to life in prison in 1980 for killing a Richmond police officer, according to an investigative report by the Office of the Inspector General that initially was kept secret.”

Background Info on the Parolee and his crime.

“Martin was convicted in the Nov. 13, 1979, execution-style killing of Richmond patrolman Michael P. Connors, who was shot in the head four times after pulling Martin and three friends over for a traffic stop. The four suspects had just robbed at gunpoint a 7-Eleven store in the 300 block of West Grace Street when Connors pulled them over about 2:05 a.m., unaware that they had just committed a robbery.”

“Years earlier, Martin was sentenced to 30 years in prison for robbery and possession of a shotgun in a crime that occurred in 1972. He served six years and was released on parole in 1979, according to the inspector general’s report.”

“Martin was on parole for less than 100 days before he murdered a police officer in November 1979,” the report states. He originally was sentenced to death for killing Connors, but after an appeal and retrial, he was convicted and sentenced to life.”

Remember…OJ was paroled early as well. The OJ that made Murder legal in California.

    You Be The Judge.

    • Penguinman000 says:

Tonya Chapman is the new head of the VA parole board. She was the chief in Portsmouth until she got canned. As she walked out the door she accused the entire department of being racist. He decisions as head of the parole board appear to be consistent with her values when she was wearing a badge.

The commonwealth attorney for Portsmouth, Stephanie morales, loves to see cops hung out to dry. It was difficult to determine who was the prosecution and defense if you were a cop involved in a case. It could feel like the there were 2 defense attorneys. And both were after your ass.

Beat example of their behavior is what they’ve did to Officer Rankin and what they are trying to do to Officer Durocher. Trigger warning if you decide to go down those rabbit holes. Suffice to say neither of them would recognize anything resembling justice, even if it slapped them in the face with its penis.

    • KoB says:

Damn being the judge, I want to be Martin’s executioner. Good thing I went and seen my pill pusher this morning, I do believe that Imma gonna have to take an extry BP med today.

  12. OldManchu says:

The lawyers and the judge should all be hung in the town square.

  13. 26Limabeans says:

If he is in “grave” condition then just put him in a grave.

  14. JustALurkinAround says:

“Circuit Court Judge Nolan Dawkins released Bouaichi on the condition that he only leave his Maryland home to meet with his lawyers or pretrial services officials.”

The judge obviously forgot to say “no crosses count” when asking the upstanding gentleman whether he’d stick to the house arrest arrangements.
