The American Revolution was the first Civil War.

Cool linkys, thebesig…Tanks. I need to forward this to several teachers I know, including my Baby Girl. Maybe they can use it to try and educate some of the kids that have had zero exposure to American History. In all of my years as an historian/interpreter/re-enactor and student of history, the level of knowledge has gotten worse and worse. For many a year it was the students that had limited knowledge, mainly cause they hadn’t got to that point in history yet. Now-a-days, many of the teachers have less knowledge than some of the students. It’s sad.

Yepper, I saw this on the WOT. Had the conversation with my Lady Friend that the “teacher” was not teaching, she was indoctrinating. Pissed me off, and sadly, it is so very wide spread. Baby Girl is a roving educator that floats to a number of different school building trying to teach “Special Needs” Students. These students are NOT ones with learning disabilities or lower IQs, these are punk ass brats with zero home training that have never been taught personal responsibility for their own actions. The grade level is supposed to be high school and it is a “last chance” for a GED type paper. Her students range up into their late teens/early 20s and Hillsborough County spends a bloody fortune in federal money for this wasted effort. Baby Girl has met many a peer that does the entire doctrinasation thing instead of teaching the lesson plans, knowing that someone else will have to teach them what they need to know to “pass the test.”

Remind me one day to relate some of my experiences with a school program I have done for 40 years. It’s a thread into itself.

My problem with this is that parents expect that their kids will learn in school what they need to be successful in life.

That’s stupid. Public education teaches the bare minimum according to the powers that be in Washington DC.

Too dumb to exist. These college students are only qualified to be organ donors. They definitely should be sterilized so the can’t reproduce.

The Other Whitey

I miss The Damn Few. The Negligent Discharge Heard ‘Round the World was classic!

244 years without a dictatorship.

That must be some kind of record…

Wait a minute…It is a record!
