WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden said he worries President Donald Trump will try to “steal” the November election but he is confident soldiers would escort Trump from the White House if he loses and does not recognize the result.
“It’s my greatest concern, my single greatest concern: This president is going to try to steal this election,” Biden said in an interview broadcast late on Wednesday on Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show.”
Biden did not specify how he thought Trump, a Republican, might cheat. But the former vice president cited Trump’s opposition to mail-in voting and said Democrats would have lawyers present at voting locations across the country to look out for Republican efforts to suppress the vote.
Tim Murtaugh, communications director for Trump’s re-election campaign, responded to Biden’s comments. “This is just another brainless conspiracy theory from Joe Biden as he continues to try to undermine confidence in our elections,” he said.
“President Trump has been clear that he will accept the results of the 2020 election,” he added.

First, he never stopped campaigning. His entire term of office has been one PR stunt after another. Never governing. Always grifting.
Second, do you think there is anyone in this country that he can convince to support him that does not already support him? What good is campaigning going to do for him? He is not an outsider creating a new movement. There is few undecided voters with respect to their opinion of Trump.
Third, he won by getting people that had not previously voted before to come out to vote for him. That won’t work this time. New and first time voters are strongly anti-trump.
Fourth, there is no good news for Trump. I told you all last year that the next year will only be bad news and setbacks for the Trump administration. There is no “wins” left for him to claim. All he has is regurgitating his old lies and old debunked claims.
Fifth, he has lost the support of the party establishment. He held them captive because they believed he was the future of the party and he controlled the party base. They have come to understand that he is toxic for the party and he has cost the Republican Party support nationwide at all levels of government. He is a liability to the party.
Just can’t stay away or resist your same old same old, can you spapos?
Sixth, he will still be President for almost 4 1/2 more years.
Not a single person I know personally has said “not again” about Trump.
Many have said “I held my nose the first time. Voting gladly this time.”
Plenty still say “Dont -like- Trump. Can’t -stand- democrats.” = Trump vote.
A number said “Didn’t vote Trump. Will this time.” Often followed by “dems went nuts” or “dems are blatant crooks”.
Zero have said “voted Trump. Not again”. Zero. Nada. Zilch.
