Good Guy with a Gun Shoots, Kills Alleged Assaulter in Parking Lot
AWR Hawkins
A good guy with a gun drew his firearm while under attack in the parking lot of Austin, Texas’s Cabana Club on Friday night, killing an alleged assaulter.FOX 7 reported that police were called about the incident around 8:40 p.m.
A group of people reportedly mistook two people in the parking lot for someone else and allegedly attacked them. One of the two victims was allegedly beaten until his skull was fractured and ribs were injured.
The second would-be victim recognized the danger of the escalating violence, drew his gun and fired. FOX 7 pointed out that the shooting left one person dead.
As it turns out, the two would-be victims were both employees of Central Texas Gun Works (CTGW).

A little early in the evening for this- hope the inured victim heals up as quickly as possible.
You have to think anyway, so why not think big?

So much “allegedly” sure left one person seriously injured and one person dead. All over an “oops, my bad”.
Must have been a pretty sudden violent attack, and/or someone was not sufficiently situationaly aware, for one victim to receive skull fractures and cracked ribs before the second victim could deploy his defense.
Prayers for the injured victim – and that some Soros-type DA doesn’t decide to charge the victims with something for defending themselves. (It is Austin, after all.)
I’m sure the likelihood of that will directly depend on the melanin content / political leanings of those involved.. that is generally the yardstick used by the dims..
You guys hear about the device that knocks down fire with sound waves. Saw an article on it last week and the news I listen to mentioned it.
In 2010, I was in Austin with the Nassau County NYS 2nd Batt.EOC guys for the National Hurricane Conference and didn’t see one person wearing Cowboy hats and boots, only College kids that never spent any time in the sun. Conference took place at there conference complex.. The Texas Brisket and toast were great. I can’t get the Texas Roadhouse up in Boynton Beach to get it. I heard that it has to be prepaired a certain way so maybe that’s why they don’t serve it..
I’m glad that Magnum Research left the initials open ended for their BFRs for people to “fill in the blank”. Especially the “F”.
They have been trying for years to come up with a definition of BFR fir for print. Every so often they air a name… and everyone just keeps using the Big F….. Revolver designation.
A bit disengenuous describing $3/round .45-70 as cheaper than high end pistol ammo. But it sure is fun…
I would like to see him blast that pumpkin with that hand cannon.
KoB (RIP) would put wheels on it and use it to defend the North wall.
