Alec Baldwin’s poor judgement calls continued: Vehicle crash
Alec Baldwin drove right into a tree and then took to social media to announce the crash while blaming it on a truck. Unfortunately for Baldwin, the truck had a video recording that told a different story. In the video segment, the viewer could see the truck doing what any law-abiding driver would do in the same circumstances. The truck completes a right turn and then drives down the left lane. The vehicle that Baldwin was driving could be seen darting down the right side of the truck and then into a tree.

The 1-minute, 29-second front-facing video, taken from the commercial truck Alec Baldwin claims cut him off, shows the truck making a legal right turn onto Montauk Highway in East Hampton, New York, before Alec Baldwin’s white Range Rover comes into view — and moments later, slams into a tree along the roadside.
The footage begins with the truck exiting a parking lot and making a routine right turn.
Roughly 30 seconds in, Alec Baldwin’s vehicle appears to attempt to pass the truck on the right, before veering onto the shoulder and striking a large tree head-on.
The video then captures the aftermath, including the Range Rover’s crumpled front end.
In a video posted to Instagram late Monday, Alec Baldwin claimed a “garbage truck the size of a whale” cut him off, forcing him to swerve to avoid a collision.
“To avoid hitting him, I hit a tree. I hit a big fat tree and crushed my car — my wife’s car,” he said.
But the dashcam footage obtained by Newsmax tells a different story.
The truck Alec Baldwin blamed for “cutting him off” does not appear to impede his path.
Instead, the footage shows Alec Baldwin’s vehicle attempting to maneuver around the truck after it had already completed its turn.
There is no visible indication that the truck forced Alec Baldwin from his lane, nor any sudden obstruction requiring evasive action. Seconds later, his SUV loses control and crashes into the tree.

Baldwin should have not tried to pass the truck on the right, particularly since it is a one lane roadway. But there is nothing in the article how the truck pulls off to the side of the road before you see Baldwin hit the tree. Baldwin’s fault all day long.
On the other hand, Baldwin saying that he had to veer to avoid the truck seems accurate. I can’t stand this motherfucker and it pains me to say that, at the very least, he told the truth. Of course, he also was breaking the law when that happened, but whatever.

Perhaps the cops had yet to see the video from the garbage truck. Or they interviewed someone who was ga-ga over seeing their favorite shithead.
If he had to veer to avoid the truck he was traveling much too fast behind that truck and/or following too closely. His fault.
Like a lot of very liberal people, baldwin is incapable or taking responsibility for his actions.
How fast was this dumbass going when he had to swerve the truck? And just how far up his ass was his head?
I’m sure that as usual, Alec Baldwin had his head SO FAR up his ass at the time that as usual, the only daylight he saw was through his own bellybutton!

And in the latest news, Alec Baldwin has announced the founding of his new group, IATT, Idiots Against Trash Trucks.
I watched the video several times. The truck driver completed his right turn and drove for about 8 seconds in the subject right lane, before Baldwin roared past him on the right, hit a mailbox and then the tree. I suspect Baldwin was driving too fast and failed to see the truck pull out. In any event, Baldwin was at fault, since all he had to do to avoid the accidents was brake or pass on the left of the truck. Baldwin was at least ten feet to the right of the road shoulder when he hit the tree.
It didn’t look to me as if any of the traffic on that road, either direction, was traveling very fast–except Mr. Baldwin. Assuming he actually braked before he entered the picture he was going very fast indeed. I believe his citation should have read, at the least, “Traveling too fast for conditions”.

Evidently he is familiar with the area, so he definitely should have known better.
It isn’t the accident that’s the problem; Lord knows I have done a few stupid things behind the wheel, it’s the dishonesty that shows his character.
Sounds like the local Authorities didn’t cite his dumb ass because they know he’d go after them with at least a squad of lawers who would waste their resources, time and money, meanwhile Alec Baldwin continues to be the POS that he is.
